think the retractable roof is just on the Rust versions of the Tornado.

Correct me if i´m Wrong

 

No, I've had one that was a normal fine Tornado.

 

The hardtop Tornados that ain't rusty is hard to come by, but there spawns a purple one on Grove Street.
