GTAVKing2013 Posted February 9, 2014 Share Posted February 9, 2014 The other week, i was trying to get Trevor a good car (one of the Bullets) so i wouldn't have to drive that ugly truck of his every time, and i did get one, and i put it in Trevor's garage behind his trailer, but after i accidentally blew the engine after crashing too much, it didn't go back in my garage. I want to know if there is a way to keep a stolen car in your garage without having to manually drive it back to your garage so you don't lose it. Also, don't suggest "Try not to wreck so much. It's a GUARANTEE that I am going to crash AT LEAST ONCE EVERY minute on this game. LOL. Here is how many car crashes I've had with each character: I've crashed 9,169 times with Franklin (and that's only in 1 day and 5 minutes of driving with him. LOL), I've crashed 4,518 times with Michael, in 11 hours and 40 minutes of driving with him, and I've crashed 2,323 times with Trevor in 7 hours and 53 minutes of driving with him. Notice how i said i'd only driven as Trevor for 7 hours, compared to 11 hours with Michael and A WHOLE DAY with Franklin; If i drove with Trevor more often, i'd be much worse. I'm thinking about choosing Option A when i get to that mission , because Trevor's boring to me, but i might choose C. lol. The whole online car system - store cars in garage, and drive one, it becomes "your" car and respawns after missions etc. You should be able to set a car as "default" and thus replace the truck/buffalo/tailgater, but unfortunately R* didn't think of that or decided not. In short, no, the ONLY cars that are protected are those insured ONLINE, and the characters' default cars - mod up Trevors truck (and it practically becomes a tank!) and if you blow it up, it respawns at safehouse etc.Modding up a stolen car is risky, because you will (in my experiance) always have to return it to your garage, making it not usable for missions...
