Give them another chance BUT resetting the rank and money. This is the alternative awesome solution if not permanent ban.

I think this would just push them to glitch and hack again.

That was the only downside to the bans is some innocent people got banned because of something someone else who uses there console did

you believe that crap. They use it as an excuse

 

Most probably were using that as an excuse but you know there are people out there that couldn't play because of what someone else did on there console.

 

a friend of mine was one of em her 12 year old brother borrowed her console to play and he used a DNS and got her console banned even though he was playing on his account so yeah most of em deserved it but not all of em
