I want to sell apartment!

So i purchase a apartment $80.000 i need to sell it but how? i think i would sell it for $80.000 or down to 70.000?

When you buy an apartment, you sell it automaticly.

Thank for your replying I see, well I have $50.000 in the bank and my currently apartment $80.000 ok? Total $130.000 I found a good apartment its $ 125.000 its doesn't work because it say ""You have insufficient funds. You can add GTA Dollars to your in-game account. Would you like to visit PlayStation store?"" when I clciked ''purchase'' I'm confused

When you purchase another apartment, you only ger half of your current apartments worth. So if you spent 80,000 you get 40,000 back.
