They will be released but I'm sure what's causing the delay is rockstar are making very sure they cannot be glitched and farmed. Plus don't forget all the money hacks we had where most folk became billionaires would of had repercussions too in regards to the release of heists.

There are enough threads on hiests as you have pointed out Gnad.

 

Also, you can come from a bad schooling system and still learn. I don't about Brazil but Texas has a low school ranking. And I ain't that dumb.
