I dont think it will going to happen tomorrow or next week.

What i think is that RG has a contract with micro$oft and $ony to keep quiet about the pc version for 6 months or so, as they did with GTA 4.

The finish flag icon is just that, a finish flag icon. Don't look to deep into everything, because you'll start seeing things that aren't there.

Looking closely, it appears to be a sideways map of Vice City, which also appears to have the face of Claude from GTA III on it, so that must mean absolutely nothing and I'm being completely retarded.

 

Case closed.

But this was brought up before. SA had an exclusivity contract. Everyone knew about it. It released on the PS2 first, then later on Xbox/PC.

 

IV was going to be PS3 exclusive but Microsoft paid Rockstar so it wasn't (imagine how the PC market would be different if this didn't occur, huh?), and so Rockstar decided to port GTA IV to PC, which just took time.

 

But there's no evidence of an exclusivity agreement, and the game released at the same time for both consoles, so an exclusivity agreement doesn't exist.

When I added the poll at first, I kept the two other questions. However, I figured it's better to remove them since the poll as a whole wasted a lot of space. Then I had to remove the poll altogether and added it back again, because the 495 or so votes were still stored, apparently, and it would have caused some problems if I had kept it that way. You're right. But the way I understood it, is more like a simple comparison between optimization levels, independently if it's a open world game or corridor shooter. This is my interpretation. Edited by shiiimmy

So with that in mind and the fact that R* had some time to optimize it more and take the bugs out of the PC version, i think GTA V pc will look and feel an play very nice.

But first we just need an announcement...

Your right. Both L.A Noire and MP3 run on DX11, so will GTA V PC.

It has to be an optimization between LA Noire and Max Payne 3 but in the style of GTA IV. For me MP3 run awesome, but again it's a corridor style game so..., it's the same engine but it's a 2yo game, so I think we can expect an optimization better than MP3

I agree with that.

Also, surely RG has learned from what they made ​​with gta 4 pc version, and they will not return to repeat that error anymore.

I haven't heard of a game so far with online cross-platform (console with pc). I mean, if FIFA from EA Sports can't give us a cross platform game, where basically everyone uses a controller, there is less reason to mix consoles with pc player base. I wouldn't mind, but with consoles it isn't fair anyway, controller vs kb/mouse. Consolers with their aimbots..

 

@thegreywolf, I would sell the PS3 before the game is announced to pc/ng. Don't you learn anything from Rockstar? Once a better version of the game is announced the older one will decrease its value :D Rockstar business 101
