We should be able to call the police, like in GTA IV. Hotel seems likely, due to some screens, same might apply to the appartments as well. None of these thigs have been confirmed though, we'll have to wait until the 17th to find out for ourselves.

R* also confirms Michael starts out in a hotel, so more chance of renting rooms.

Any Source for that information?

This has NOT been confirmed. One of the demos earlier this year started with Michael driving from a hotel to his mansion, so people started a rumor that the game itself starts this way.

Most of the previews I've read have mentioned that NPC's will "notice" you more. They may take action

if they see you doing something wrong, they might film you on their phone etc. etc.

 

It still is up in the air if we can equip masks on the fly in Single Player whenever we need them.

When robbing banks online are we able to shoot each other?

Reason I ask is because you know there will be players that do not know each other and will more than likely get into one of those "Call of Duty" lobby arguments and start capping each other while the FIB is on their way.

I believe friendly fire is always on unless you're in passive mode. So be careful about throwing explosives.

No, GTA Online is the Online component of GTA V. It comes with any GTA V copy. Online play won't be available until October 1st.

It my first time pre-ordering a game but I am not premium on there so will I got the game by September 17-19 . Again will they ship it to free also I live near a USP Packing store like 10 mins drive

I like beaters that are fast. Kinda like a sleeper but hoopty looking. I'm wondering if they'll let us take a car that is a hoopty and add performance parts to it w/o having to repair the body.... like in Saints Row 2?

Now I think about it, there are bandanas in GTA V. Maybe it will have a similar system to RDR.

Just to be safe you shouldn't buy DLC from a different region, because yeah it might be.
