GTA V Quick Questions

Can we costomize our safehouses? And will minigames from IV(bowling, air hockey, darts, pool) return? There's gotta be more activities than golf, yoga, and arm wrestling.

My question is not ridiculous as I've seen. I do not live in town. I'm in the county. So the question is will I be able to play GTAO through Sat. Internet? I have seen and know that all FPS are not playable due lag. Have read that there are MMO's that will so I'm curious.

What really blows is that the DSL line stops a half a mile from my house!!!!

Use speedtest.net to check your internet speed. You can have a really low Download and Upload speed and be ok

for online BUT check your ping at pingtest.net. I do know Satellite net has real bad ping.

A bad ping can screw you over more so than a low Download and Upload.

We don't know specifically how R* is aiming to add new areas to GTA Online for V.

Do expect GTA Online back in the next GTA. It's going to be an expanding

service from here on out from Rockstar.

It's possible too. There appears to be a gun based on the MP 5 in the game according to the weapons topic. So we will just have to wait and

for some reason gta v have focused on other type of guns but not Smgs even thrown and Miscellaneous have more than Smgs FYI. if you type top 10 sub machine guns mp7 will be in at least 8 out of 10

Will we be able to make Private Matches like GTAIV? One of my biggest concerns for GTAOnline is the trailer didn't mention anything about private worlds or just playing with friends on your friends list, but with anyone, which leads to the problem of griefers and overall douchebags I'd rather not hang with.

No you can't, this was confirmed in CVGs interview with Rockstar.

 

Probably because you can build your characters stats with stuff you can do in multiplayer and if you only played with friends you could heavily manipulate the stats.

You probably won't be able to create your own major storyline-altering missions, no.

It may not be a likely regular feature. But, if a mission requires you, the Protagonists may need to drive/hijack planes & trains. Other than that, you may be allowed to use them as Public Transport.

I want to pre-order the game to gain access to the blimp but I want to know how it all works, will I have to download it with a code or the given code unlocks without downloading? I'm asking because I don't have a good Internet connection so downloading will be a problem for me.

It's not going to be that bad. Stick with V. I played many hours of GTA IV online and over

a 4-5 year span only encountered hackers 2 or 3 times on PS3. Yes 2 or 3 x is still too many.

There shouldn't be any hackers but it happens. All you have to do is join a new lobby and you should be fine.

I actually feel like there won't be any Hands-on previews for journalists before

release.

 

We are already past the halfway mark of August. The only time I could see it is maybe the first few days of

September. But that is still close to release and reviews would start coming out soon after so It wouldn't

make sense. (to me at least)
