do we have any idea yet whether the Rhino will be returning? i'm going to assume most if not all the GTA IV vehicles will be included as they are already made and thus are free assets so i think the APC will be coming back, but i'd really like a proper TANK. with tracks. and the crushing of cars.

We know there are military vehicles such as the Marine helicopter, as well as a military base, but tanks have not yet been confirmed. I would say there is a good chance they are in though.

from the Gamespot interview, it seems that people will pop-in who are around you where ever you are. at least this is what I got from the interview. and it seems for the best, because the game is HUGE.

 

also he said there will be no serves and such. go read it.

 

 

and in the GTA 5o'clock vid today, they mentioned that it IS MMO like, also the guy from the show says that he called it months ago that it was MMO-like and everyone made fun of him, like here if you say it is MMO like you will get flamed.

In the GTA Collectors edition I am interested to know about the garage they are talking about. I dont want to miss out on that as collecting cars into a big garage is my main thing. Are there any more details about this - does no one else have a garage or can the same one be purchased in game.

 

If i need to wait till the game to come out to get all the info can i still get this edition and have the feature

Interview said water isn't a focus online, and will probably change as they add more content.

According to The Benz, the head of R* North, it's not possible to be disturbed by let's say a rocket launcher while playing tennis. So I assume that it's not in a separate "dimension" but on the same as other players with an "invisible shield" around the area. But who knows..

Maybe more players.. most likely more missions, clothes, cars, whatever. And possibly locations. Dunno about the costs, wouldn't surprise me if the future add-ons costs money though.

If someone robs a bank, in the real world, you lose nothing. Only the actual bank takes a hit but they get their money back from insurance anyway. So it will probably work the same way in game UNLESS they actually rob a safe deposit box and you put your valuables in that. Then you would lose something.

 

But from people robbing the vault and taking cash? You wouldn't lose a thing.

In the GTA:O trailer you can see a submarine coming up in the ocean. (the shot of the lighthouse)

And with all the planes and stuff going around I'm sure it's online footage (Actually I think everything you see in the trailer is shot in the online mode)

 

So, I'm sure you can explore underwater in online mode. smile.gif

From what The Benz said, I got the impression that I can go from doing anything to enjoy watching two other players playing tennis, golf or any other structured activity. I can watch them playing for like 10 minutes, then I decide to leave the tennis court to do my own thing. If this is the case, then it would very fun, but what's the method by which they can prevent other players from disturbing the match? an annoying person will never hesitate to turn the tennis court into a hell of fire.

How quick will it be to change clothes? In GTA IV flicking through different clothing was very slow. Has R* mentioned anything about the custom clothes section?

This is online clothes selection but it will be exactly the same for SP. As you can see switching clothes

will be very fast compared to previous games.

 

As for custom clothes, I'm not sure.

So whats the right answer to my question? : CAN U USE THE SEARCHLIGHT ON THE POLICE HELICOPTER LIKE WE COULD IN SA?
