It has nothing to do with V, but I'm having problems trying to enter rockstargames.com. I've tried it in three different browsers, cleared cache, cookies and everything else and nothing worked.

I presume it's a problem on your end. It works fine here without any problems.

It will be most likely similar to IV. If you're driving with high speed against a wall, then the engine of the vehicle is heavily damaged, and chances are that you can't start it anymore. However, since vehicle customization is in the game, you can try to bring your damaged car to the next LS Customs shop and repair it there.

 

It will be probably possible again to make decisions in certain missions, similar to what you did in IV, but if it will have a significant impact on the ending has not been mentioned yet.

 

 

Will GTA V have street/road names as in GTA IV?

To be honest, it would surprise me if there are not street/road names. It's just more realistic, and adds to the detail.

Could you elaborate more to it? What N.O.O.S.E mod do you exactly mean? Are you talking about the clothes, the armour and equipment of the special forces, and if they are available for the protagonists? If yes, then nobody can tell just yet.

I understand that nothing big happened since the new editions were announced, but I thought it was just for the latest/big news? I am the fan of GTA4 mod, I see GTAinside and GTA4mod.com everyday. There is a lot of, and a variety of car mods in GTA4.

But the cars in GTA4 are not very much, I can only mod very few car mods to GTA4. That's not insteresting.

GTA5 is coming, and Rockstar Game said that there is a lot of car in GTA5. And I saw the video. GTA5's car really like GTA4's.

So, can I mod GTA4 car mods to GTA5?

Ok, I have a question that could actually make or break the game for me.

 

On Ps3, will you be able to switch aiming and shooting from L2 and R2 to L1 and R1?

 

I'm worried because I haven't played any R* games on Ps3 (played GTAIV and RDR on 360) but I only have a Ps3 now. I recently downloaded a 1 hour trial of TBoGT and discovered that the aiming and shooting were mapped to L2 and R2 with no option to switch them.

 

I despise aiming and shooting with L2 and R2. Almost all shooters on Ps3 these days use L1 and R1, and most games that use L2 and R2 by default at least offer an option to switch them.

 

For whatever reason, in TBoGT, R* opted to force you to use L2 and R2.

 

 

For comparison, it would be like using LB and RB for aiming and shooting on x360. It just doesn't feel natural and it's not the norm.

 

 

Does anyone know if later R* games on Ps3 offered a choice? Or if GTA V will?

 

If not that could actually be a deal breaker for me.

That's all I needed to hear. I don't care if L2 and R2 are default so long as they aren't required. If RDR had an option to choose, then I have faith that GTA V will too.

Will for example the switching character mode...be like......I am franklin....I choose michael and micheal apears in his famous house....then immediately I go back to franklin....will franklin be in the same place as I left him or wayyyy away doing something else like stealing a car ?....I sure hope so not....because what if I pressed the button by mistake ?

The characters live their own life when you are not playing them. If you are playing as Franklin, and you switch to another character, and then switch back to Franklin, he might be doing something totally different than when you played him

Maybe the red car had some kind of invincibility mod attached, other vehicles can't do any damage they just go through the players car?

So, can I mod GTA4 car mods to GTA5?

GTAV will use the same engine as GTAIV, but a newer and differently customized build of it. I don't think you can simple extract the vehicle files from IV, and use them in V. You will probably need to convert the files to the newer format. I could be wrong though.

 

 

Should I play the game in 1080p or 720p all thing considered?

It depends on which platform you will play the game on. If you will play on the Xbox 360, then the highest resolution that is natively supported is 720p. If you play on PlayStation 3 then the highest natively supported resolution is either 640p or 720p. You will be able to play with 1080p, however, the resolution is not supported natively, it's only upscaled; and it doesn't look as good as true Full-HD.

No, you're not the only one who saw it. It says $52654 to be exact. It will be certainly interesting to see all the opportunities you will get in Grand Theft Auto: Online.

GTAV is part of the HD-era. Carl Johnson is a character from San Andreas, which is part of the 3D-era. Each character can physically exist in one universum, not in multiple. For example, it's possible that you will see easter eggs of past characters in GTAV and you can perhaps even hear some of them in the radio, but you will not get to see them in-game, at least not physically. CJ doesn't exist in this era, so he's neither dead nor alive.

These questions are only answered by members of this forum. No of them will be forwarded to Rockstar. And they can only be answered if we have [enough] info.

 

As far as I'm aware, the in-game blimp is not accessible for players from the beginning on. If you buy the Collectors Edition, then you will get several exlcusives, including in-game content (and so the accessible blimp), that is likely already in the game. The difference is if you don't buy the CE, then you have to do some work in the game in order to have access to the blimp, for instance.

Im pretty sure R* said that a small amount of time (an hour or so i guess?) passes with each switch.
