Even though it has probably been asked before, I can't find an answer anywhere on the internees after a total of 7 hours of searching...

 

Question: what happens if, in story mode, a characters special car is destroyed? (Franklin's bravado buffalo for example) if it comes back somehow are the mods that were on it lost?

What does your psychiatric report say at the end of the game if you just rush through, take a taxi everywhere, kill nobody, and skip every single mission?

 

I don't know if that is possible, since every mission demands you to kill someone or steal something. Im up for a new save file without killing noone outside of missions and taking cabs instead of stealing cars.. I'll post my report in this same post, under EDIT.

 

In order to not have to kill anyone just fail the mission 3 times and skip it.

I've found if I switch characters at the safehouse and then switch back the car will be there. Only tested it with Franklin though.

I've found if I switch characters at the safehouse and then switch back the car will be there. Only tested it with Franklin though. For me it is just after "something" happens, like being wasted or arrested.. Whenever you see the switching animation for your character, be absolutely sure that the car will be close.

Sometimes it will respawn your last used car. For example, drive a bike with Michael and switch to Trevor. After a few, if Michael is at home or somewhere else (and a switching animation triggers) be sure your bike will be around in perfect state!

As for their signature cars, they will never lose their mods neither disappear. You can blow Trevor s Bhodi or Michael s Tailgater and even Frank s Buffalo and Bagger and they will magically appear intact somewhere close to you!

Well, you won't really need to steal much if you're doing little more than rushing through. I believe every mission besides the prologue, and perhaps some of the heist preps can be skipped. Dying fails whatever mission you're doing.

Thats very very very disappointing! What a shocking awful move from Rockstar..!! Who do yoga or plays dart - why insert useless things in the game and remove great features!? What can you use your money for then??

about snapmatic effects/filters, are they multiplayer only or an update removed them?

 

I'm on single player and my filters and borders are there.

firstly i can confirm that borders are NOT in the game after the recent update im on the latest version and borders as well as that "cell fone type" feel of the shots is gone, the shots now nearly nearly depict the true in game graphics quality...

look at this shot i took last night plus all the recent shots by users on snapmatic social club page are the same.

i was not asking about this i was asking about "effects" for snapmatic just like we got on our smartphones like sepia etc. that are they for online only?

Like they said, you can use the money to buy properties. It can also be used in stock, guns, vehicles, consumables, activities, transport etc. plus it's not as if they removed that and put in darts and yoga (never heard that tripe before, so original), as you can buy garages and apartments online and have yoga/darts.

 

And you can only buy one specific garage per character, which is already unlocked if you get the SE/CE. But online, there are choices.

You can get the Collector's Edition content by introducing the content's code in your account. I don't know if you can buy it on eBay.

Only buy game codes off ebay if the seller offers to send a physical copy by post. EBay does not allow goods to be delivered by email or other digital methods so if you get ripped off, ebay will not refund you.

yupe, for some reason it was no there so i just uninstalled the ver update and launched the game so it downloaded it again and now the custom frames and effects are there using the D-pad....

We are allowed to get it free online (with mods and everything) I was looking for it in single player though and I could not find it (in the website or the old spawn sites). Does anyone know how to get the rat-loader in single player?

You just have to check the spawn points. It's not a 100% spawn chance, but it will spawn there if you keep driving around the block and returning.

I haven't played gta for a while now, has any good things been added since the beach bum pack, and did they add the ability to buy a sanchez without a livery. what do you do for fun, when I play I just drive around and usually get bored after 10 mins?

They added Capture Update, which includes (for GTA: O) Capture the Flag mode and Content Creator. And today the Valentine's Day Massacre Pack came with a new gun and a new vehicle for SP and tomorrow for MP. No, you can't get a Sanchez without a livery.

I think they're permanent, like the Beach Bum Update.
