I did it maybe 10 - 12 times this morning, and TBH, yes, I enjoyed it. Each time I'm getting better and quicker at it, and learning how to kill large groups more quickly and effectively. This morning is the longest that I've grinded RR for though. When I did Coveted I was bored to death after 10 goes and itching to get back to freeroam or a new mission.

If we did not find it fun why would we do it??? I am rank 170 with 7.3 mil and 10 cars fully upgraded and will not change until DLC...Much better than the alternative of being broke in public FM...IMO of course.

It probably initially had a rooftop part, and then they never changed the name.

 

I remember a couple of weeks ago the cloud servers were down and you could see the original names for all the missions.

They were basically a short description of the mission.

No idea if it's true, but I read on here somewhere that Rooftop Rumble and High Priority Case got their names switched round, and R* never bothered to switch it back.

Sounds feasible. Afterall, you pick up a car in Rooftop Rumble and rush it back to Madrazzo, so it makes more sense than the Rooftop Rumble name.

Yup, and isn't High Priority Case the one on top of a skyscraper that's under construction, with tons of enemies? It made sense to me when I read it.

I just don't know how you can find this enjoyable without some variation (other missions straight after it).

I enjoy making bank and this pays best.

There is variation though. Thanks to the organic nature of GTA V, it's never the same twice. After all my plays through yesterday, the first time I did it this morning the guy with the case somehow managed to sneak off without me noticing, so I had to chase him down and kill him. Second time I did it this morning I killed him as usual and could just pick the case off the floor of the garage.

 

I also do it with a different car each day - which works well as a comparison tool to see which car I'm most successful with. Surprisingly, my Felon seems best at whipping through the narrow lanes up to Madrazzo's house, despite its extra size over my Vacca and Entity.

 

Also, I'm finally now level 100 - whoop whoop! All cars with full armour. Just need to do a survival and grab the RPG now.

Crew member and I got Coveted down to about 3:30 killing with killing everything last night..

 

All I can say is a tank makes a hellava difference! :D

 

Did a run of 16 and it flew by..

 

though have to do another 16 after blowing all the money I earnt (and more) on car mods... >.<

Yah -a tank! :D

 

First mission, someone phones up pegasus, orders tank. Phones up merryweather - gets heli pick up - goes to tank, drives back and parks tank at top of hill near start of mission.

 

Other person during tank recovery mission, snipes/kills all enemies in cove, then proceeds to helicopter, gets crate, delivers.

 

Second mission onwards, person 1) gets in tank, drives down hill, kills all enemies except first one. Reverses tank back to position for next mission.

 

person 2) snipes first enemy behind car on top of hill, proceeds to car. Drives down to chopper, gets chopper, gets container, delivers.

 

Repeat this the next 14 times, saves at least 1-1:30 per mission if you're after RP and killing every one..

 

Not much point in smaller playlists though given tank recovery mission takes about 5 mins normally..
