I guarantee they do have agreements not to talk about certain aspects if their work. I know that if I spoke to a magazine or even dealerships about future product and they were able to trace it back to me that I would be out of a job and essentially unable to work in my field a

I've worked with real classified stuff many times, so I just didn't talk about it and for sure did not post in web forums about it.

Yes and no. There have been times that I allowed small tid bits of info out (more or less dropped a hint) but I would never state that I work for so and so unless it was officially authorized, then I would use our official account to post it

Has anyone tried standing at the hole in the cove with one guy, and another one at the altruist camps cave at sun set? not sure what to do with the other guy, maybe get him to make breakfast or something

Tried that last night with Michael at the cove, and Trevor at the cave. Sunrise and sunset. Nuttin'.

Now i like the theory i just read at the end of the last page. Clearly explained and possible too. What i would say is if it were true then could the jetpack and ufo being directly connected by that line be telling us there could be something triggered from the zanc ufo if we added and applied the x's on the right also? Does that make sense?

I just had a look back at that post & i like alot of what they have said. The reversing of the way we have looked at the mural, working upwards not downwards seems plausible & i will go away have a look at it & maybe try to find something regarding this theory. If i find anything worth posting in regards to it i will.

Been a reader of this sub since about a week after it started and have read many theories not knowing what to believe. After seeing a post about reading the mural upside down I started to do so and I realized something. A while back I remember reading someones theory of how "The ufo is clearly the Space Docker, the cracked egg is the busted-ass Tractor (useless, broken easter egg), and the jetpack is Trevors little hot rod four wheeler (compact, flames on the side)" ( http://www.reddit.com/r/chiliadmystery/comments/1ripx8/starting_to_think_the_mural_is_nothing_more_than/). The whole 3 rewards thing kind of makes sense althought I don't agree with that, but I do agree with what he says about the mural being a guide to view the ufo, and I think I figured out what the 5 X's represent; what you need to complete your story 100%.

100% Requires:

1. Missions -Complete all the 69 main storyline missions.

2. Random Events - Complete 14 out of 57 Random Events.

3. Strangers and Freaks - Complete the required Strangers and Freaks missions.

4. Hobbies and Pastimes -Complete 42 of 59 Hobbies and Pastimes.

5. Misc. Tasks - Complete 16 miscellaneous tasks.

The egg symbolizes an easter egg and thats why it is the one that points to the top of the mountain, where the easter egg is. The UFO and the man with a "jet pack" on it are connected as a hint to say if you fly up, you will find the UFO, the easter egg. The lightning bolts all around the mountain represent going there during the storm. I'm trying to figure out the hint for 3 am, but the only thing I can find is maybe how the eye has 5 lines above it and 2 below it and 5-2=3...but that's a little out there.

I've had my hopes up this whole time that we'd be able to get a jetpack or a flyable UFO, but I think this whole time everyone, including myself, have just been looking way too deep into it. Basically, the only "proof" we have of a jet pack is in the mural, which merely, in my opinion, is just telling us to fly up.

Pertaining to the other 2 UFOs, they have nothing to do with the Chiliad one, as each of them do not require rain, or 3 am, and they each have their own hints below them. Fort Zancudo has the light on the bunker below it, and the Sandy Shores one has the crazy alien stuff and "beam me up" and what not.

Sorry to go off on a rant, but I honestly think that's all that this means.

TL;DR:

• 5 X's represent 5 things needed to complete 100%

• Egg symbolizes an easter egg and points to top of mountain where the easter egg is

• The jetpack and the ufo are connected together as they symbolize one having to fly up above the mountain to find the easter egg (UFO)

• Lightning bolts represent storm

• 5 Lines above and 2 lines below eye represents 5-2= 3 (AM) (?)

this is wrong too i suppose?

@johnelway2013. No one is telling anybody how to do something. They are making theories as to how they think it "could be". Please understand that just because Raavi has only just issued a warning it doesn't mean we won't hit that report button again. We have already tried to reason with you on several occasions but obviously to no effect. If you have a theory then by all means present it to us(just the once will suffice) and present it as a theory while at the same time respecting others theories too.

 

@socrates75. That plane isn't only when at the cove. It repeats the same route over and over too so not sure it could be significant.

@Hondaslayer - I know what you mean and totally agree. Anyone who works in some multinational or other big company knows this basic rules, not even talking for government and military stuff as that's a all new ball game.

 

I'm pretty sure R* has some people just checking the feedback from forums (maybe some future job proposals for some of the file guys, who knows ), youtube, etc., so he would have been spoted by them and told to shut up long ago,

Hi guys,

 

I'm not sure if this is a feature or a bug so I would appreciate confirmation/clarification. Whilst driving a car and listening to the in-game radio, it will randomly change channels meaning I have to reselect the station I was listening to.

 

This doesn't appear to be when I'm moving from one broadcast area to another as the choice of radios doesn't change. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a feature i.e. an impact whilst driving knocks the radio dial?

I wanted to signal this thread to those who listen to shaftonetwoone words as if they were coming from Rockstar.

Btw, how did this concept take hold?

x's means glyphs and eye on top tells u what ur looking for as poitned out by line from egg now the jetpack and ufo need there prize.....their prize is also a static ufo

 

this is in game people and can be proved why is this wrong none of ur peoples theories can produce anything new ......thank shaft for figuring this out cuz he gets all the credit becuase he got me to look on other side of mountain so again im wron my egg rock isnt egg the egg clocks are

Hey man, that also happens when I'm at the Altruist camp. I usually get it to spawn by using a sniper rifle and zooming in on the sky while I'm standing at the water tower. I've tried running up the hill to see if crashes on the other side of the mountain, or keeps flying in a certain direction, but I always lose it. What's weird is that I've never been able to get it to appear anywhere but the altruist camp. I wonder if this only happens at these two places. If so, that might mean the camp and the cove are connected. There was some crazy theory I read a while back which said this plane was going to some secret island, but I'm pretty sure that was just a troll.

 

EDIT: The plane I'm talking about is a jet at high elevation. Is that what you see at the cove or is the stunt plane?

Its just a stunt plane im seeing, but i know about the jet you see at he altruist camp....one last thing ,all the talk about moon parties and not knowing where it might be located, maybe the cove at night on a full moon is in order

The jet fighter that flys down the Raton Canyon. There is also the Jetliner that flys across heading towards Mt Gordo out to sea. I have followed them all & most just go out of range & you arent able to follow. There is also the cargobob that flys out to sea from FZ.

Can't find where he said it but he mentioned 3 boxes south of mount chilliad on the south side of the lake, i looked and yes there are 3 squared out properties 2 with a little water in them, i was able to get all 3 characters to stand there, one in each box, nothing happened but maybe something else is needed.....

 

Shaft stated on Reddit that he never actually said this area was significant, just that he was surprised nobody mentioned it while searching for connections.

Hopefully we can get back on track now guys. I have heard a lot of theories lately that have seemed very possible so going to jump ingame now and test/try as much as possible. Will report back with my findings(if any).

 

Also for obvious reasons we now need to be making up for wasted pages so please try to keep posts trim and on topic.
