Has anyone payed attention to the arrow sign on top of the big cylinder thing at the hippie camp? It points toward sandy shores so probably nothing.

I have followed that arrow many times (on foot, bike, buggy, car, heli, etc), as well as several other arrows/possible directional markers, and found nothing of interest... However I'm not quite at 100%...Damn those under the bridges & knife flights...

If you watch this video at around 2:55, you will see how they lined up the mural upside down. Maybe the X that has the faded line below it on the mural that's above the UFO represents the 6th slot on the hippie mound and it's missing because it's faded off? Wild speculation.

 

 

Edit: After looking at it in the game, all the lines below the X on the mural would match except for the last one since the last line would be going up and the 6th slot on the mound is below the 5th slot.

I dont believe that method myself. You actually dont have to flip the mural upside down to align the 5 glyph boxes in the mural on the mound. Just take a look at the hill from a position on the right side of the hill. so you dont see the blue part & extra slot. They will be in the same relative positions as the boxes on the mural. You just have to not take them all literally. As this is not how any of the hippie murals & clues have been shown. 2 glyphs on the far right side are glyphs#2 & #3 & the other 3 glyphs are the other 3 boxes on the left side of the mound. Yes they dont align perfectly, but they do match the relative place & positions to each other same as on the mural. The 6th extra box on the mound is the confusion addition & why many cant see it. However this box is in the blue part (ocean?) this makes me feel that was why it was included. To pinpoint this location as maybe a POI?

The mines have a tiny cave behind not a tunnel unfortunately. So i am guessing that if there is more to them it would take something big to blow open the mine. Rpg/grenades go straight through the door but no effect. Maybe something bigger and more powerful an explosive is needed? Or it may be nothing/dead end.

Sorry i know grenades etc go through the doors of the one at the end of the desert runway. The other one i think they bounce off and can only be thrown under/over as mentioned above.

. Parking a fuel tanker in from that's laced with remote explosives has no effect either.

I pointed that out in one of the old threads... The words "save" & "us" are transposed over two different segments of the circle symbols which surround the area. My original thought was that this was a key to decipher what those symbols might say, but it was shot down almost immediately. I still think there's something to it...

Yeah seems pretty fishy. Imma be drivin round with the spacedocker to try but thered be a video already. I think if people have the same drive toward this like they did when it first came out then someone would have found it. I hope people get back into it. There must be somethin more than getting a jetpack or ufo that we get for figuring it all out. That space parts mission sucks haha. I'm still trying to figure out if fheres anything behind that real world website www.chiliadmystery.com . I'm gonna kee. Also adding to the extra box on the right hippie/ufo mound idea. The extra box in the blue part of the right hill that seems to be a mystery, we also have a red circle on a blue part of the left mural mound there also? i find this interesting because we have 2 versions of mt chiliad (2 hills) with an unknown & mysterious location pinpointed on them both on blue parts of the mural? coincidence? maybe? but im feeling that they both refer to the same thing, they are just showing them from 2 different perspectives, just like the 2 different ways these hills show chiliad.

Ok i have visitors here now so will sign out for the day. Will make apologies to all the thread & OP for my bad replies to the poster over the last few hours. Not my intention to derail the thread with that nonsense, dont mind criticism by others who have offered advice, ideas & info to help our search. But took exception to the constant attacks by a poster who has offered nothing i can find in the thread or the other 2 & deeply regret regressing to that behavior. I will try to keep on track & keep my posts to the job at hand from now on!
We have so much more to work from now regarding the file threads findings (time/weather) & also doubt if the abduction scene i believe i saw has any relevance to helping us, but will continue to support any findings i have observed myself, because that is what i am like. If it leads to nothing? no harm is done, but i had no intention of making others search or spend hours trying to find an answer from it because i say i have seen this also. Truth be told i never thought this thing me & TrevorStinkyFingers believe we saw will eventuate to anything so was never mentioned or posted by myself previously.
When my visitors have gone i will be back & hopefully will see some good ideas & thoughts & file thread info posted to help get this mystery solved.

Alright I've been reading about the chilliad mural since about page 12 on the original thread and I think I finally have something to add that hasn't been added before, has anyone seen the sign at dignity village (the commune place with all the tents) that says 'another world is possible' ? I'm 90% sure it has nothing to do with anything but I've read way stupider sh*t be brought up here (trying to blow up mine doors that are known to lead nowhere... Da f*ck??)

And no I don't have pics or proof the sign is real walk in the entrance and it's directly in front of you next to an orange tent.

Who is the diagram on chiliaid for?

Is it for us to find somthing, aliens to find somthing but we can piggy back off that or is it somthing telling us where somthing once was. It does indeed seem widely accepted its to show us where the glyphs are but for who?

 

Who is the hippie camp for?

Is it for us to follow or is it for aliens to see from above?

Certainly most of the camp seems to be geared up for giving messages to aliens which tells me it has to be viewed from above.

 

Are the slots in the mound indicators/markers or are they holes to put somthing in.

Are they showing us to put somthing in those positions elsewhere ie if it lines up with the glyphs it may mean we need to be at that position and the glyph tells us at what weather state.

We assume the glyphs tell us how to see the ufos but all that information is already on the hippie camp.

 

 

Why does the altorists camp have time and weather triggers with somthing surrounding the sacrafice stone.

There are also adverts for the new game on the radio that say somthing like it has a hidden space level that wont be talked about until after release or somthing.

 

Ive always liked to believe there is a hidden space level or similar but theres been now evidence to support it in the games files.

At the start of one of the epsilon missions you will find the girl changing in front of a wall with graffiti on it

directly opposite of the wall she's standing in front of there is more graffiti that says something along the lines of...

You know if this is really it for the mystery there are still things like this that demand answers . Another example is the 500000 at the docks thing . People paid extra money for that dam map to lead us on a wild goose chase . I just dont get it.

@tresshold. That is what i have thought for a while. Makes sense. If it wasn't mean to tell us anything then why change it from religion to aliens? I like the idea about the 6th hole fitting on the dead end line of the mural. Could segregate and rearange be something we should apply to the mural/glyphs/hippy camp somehow?

I thought i had read they get the stunt plane trials some extra weapons and extra cars . Not sure but thought maybe a seperate garage too .

Im kickin myself in the ass for not coughin up the extra 20 bucks but I had to buy a ps3 so the game already cost me 300 .

 

 

 

Lets everyone say/pretend the Mural is solved .

Hatching egg refers to solving the puzzle of the glyphs and leads to the chiliad UFO .

The UFO on the left looks like the ufo above the station wagon so we go there fly up and find another UFO .

Then the jetpack (say they had in mind all the hardcore fans fine ) go to FZ and find another UFO .

 

There would be no clues on the Mural itself leading us to the SS UFO or the FZ UFO so why the hell are those boxes even there .Shouldnt there be clues leading to the other 2 boxes as well ?

Each path from the boxes leads to the all seeing eye insinuating there is something to be seen .

Why make a Mural showing 3 boxes/rewards/easter eggs when there are only clues leading to one of them .

 

Yet as little sence this seems to make I cant come up with anything else that seems to tie everything together .

 

As we stand IMO We have all been trolled .
