I haven't seen this mentioned but about epsilonists saying the world was created 157 years ago that was in 1856. On march 9th in 1856 Sigma Alpha Epsilon was founded in the Johnston Mansion House on the University of Alabama.

Sigma alpha epsilon: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sigma_Alpha_Epsilon#The_True_Gentleman

May not be anything and its just a college but I think that's weird that it was founded 157 years ago and has epsilon in its name. Also take a look at "the true gentleman's" creed in that wiki I posted above.

But think about this, how many people do we have scouring the land mass, and how many times a week do we see new things posted with pics of stuff we have never seen before?

Ya but, the Ocean is fully explored, no need to go searching... lol

Pretty much,NO, it is NOT fully explored.

For example, let's say there were hidden glyphs to be found underwater. We know the glyphs on the mountain are hard to spot from a distance(beside the mountain one, it's HUGE) you have to get closer to them just to see them. remember how many people were running around chiliad looking for the last 2 glyphs? those people ran past those glyphs hundreds of times before they actually found them, and they were right up close to them, a few yard away at times.

I would like to say "Yes" and believe it has been fully explored but, common sense tells me that it most likely has just been skimmed over, and if anyone has gone through it thoroughly, how many times have they gone over it to make sure they didn't miss anything?

I agree that it's not fully explored. I was thinking about this the other day, and if there was something hidden, my guess would be that it's a false wall that you enter.

My only problem with anything that's hidden in the ocean is that it's so huge. You said yourself that people ran past glyphs hundreds of times. Something small like a glyph or a hidden wall in the ocean would most likely never be found unless there were some good clues leading to a specific location in the ocean. I think that might explain why everything in the ocean is big and noticeable from a distance with the exception of the bodies, but we had clues leading to that location.

I just think with the limitations of legitimate ocean exploring they most likely kept the small clues that could lead to big things on land. Months later and we still have a ton of stuff to find and explore on land especially in LS. I'm not saying there isn't anything yet to be found in the ocean, but I think putting small clues in it like a glyph would be too much unless it was in an obvious place that would most likely be seen like near something big that has sunk.

I agree the ocean needs to be fully searched somehow . If everyone took a small section we can do it .

Last time i thought about it I drove the dam dinghy all the way to the south docks and I was killed by a shark almost immediately after jumping into the water . I assume im not the only one . Probably why nobody wants to do it . It would be a major pain in the ass . The few times I did explore the ocean it seems once you get so far out theres nothing more to see , just seems all dark . But there could always be that one spot , you never know .

Maybe the the altruists website Actually has words on it if you use the right computer in the game like how niko is on a website if you use the computer at michaels house

There's been some crazy stuff said lately

Weird stuff

I'd focus on the altruist camp and the cave I'm sure it has some relevance

An Earth Patrol

A sky Patrol

A sea Patrol

An undersea patrol

10 researchers including 1 Commander by patrol(to gather the data found)

Why not start to really work together?

Huge work, but not impossible and especially effective.

And of course, a leader(Tadd?) to coordinate.

If you like, clike it ;) (to indicate you want to do it.)

Regarding the golden egg at the farm silo, it's not the egg it's the inside of the silo and the light out side of it is reflecting on the inside making it look like an egg, if you shoot the light out the egg shape disappears and all the textures are the same when you use your light to look inside

I've been to the egg a couple of times now and all I can say it is definitely a egg.

and meant to look like an egg.

Speaking of that "one spot".....Still to this day, (even after these no water mods or whatever)

I have yet to see anything on what's in the water @Lago Zancudo. The water is soooo black/dark w/ 0% visibility where it meets the ocean. I would think that someone would have posted info even if nothing was there.

When that dude posted the supposed underwater rooms under lago zancudo, i started looking up manmade marshlands. when that turned out to be fake, i still knew manmade marshlands exist. maybe it's man made? the sign on the road for lago zancudo dates it to 1941 if I remember correctly?

Funny you say that, I was just in MP checking out the area where you hijack the train in SP to see if the crates are at the alamo sea there. (they arent) Funny thing though I did a dive into the water and I ended up glitching to where I could run and use guns underwater. I ran (yes underwater) from the alamo sea to fort Z and am still in a state that water isnt affecting me. If I crouch or get low enough the water just dissapears. Checking out the whole lago zancudo area now...

Regarding this "egg/light" things found...

I just wanted to add... the alien egg file has something called a hash code (this is how the game identifies each particular prop or texture it uses)

The only place this hash seems to be used is in some files associated with light placements...

My point is, a link between a light and the egg would not be so far fetched.

@xmarqs... i never understood the whole 157 years old thing... do you mean the gta world or our world?

And what happened 157 years ago? In our world i mean... New discovery? First computer? Start of the NWO? What was it? Why is it only 157 years old? Darwin?

You say you post facts, could you confirm how you are so sure the world is 157 years old please?

Just reposting this as Xmarqs seems to have missed it :)Among others...at 1856 freud and tesla born that year.

Really didnt see much, ran all of the lago zancudo from alamo sea while I was glitched. Ended up getting discounnected due to unknown network error, good ol online. Snapmatics Dont do it justice, but basically theres this green mush under the whole lago zancudo, you run slowley through it all the way past the bridge by the ocean where you normally would be swimming. It all looks like the same texture seen below.

0_0.jpg

Once you go to where id guess you can dive then the sea textures start to load with random stuff on the bottom of the ocean. Went out pretty far around fort Z, didnt find anything during my run before getting disconnected.

Idk if anyone has tried this,

but since the cave at the altruists camp says see the eye and all that maybe you gotta see the ufo on chiliad first, (while standing above the eye)

Then just simply take the parachute from chiliad to the altruists camp and visit the cave or maybe see if anything is different

I think that would make sense because the cave is all about the the eye it seems like, maybe the altruists will talk to you or something will trigger to let you know so far so good

The golden egg is odd. If you shoot the light out before you see the egg, you won't be able to see it with your gun light. If the light goes out after you see the egg, you can still see it partially with your gun light.

There is also a spot on the left side of the barrier that you can shoot through. I threw a smoke bomb and it went through the wall, but it hit the grate and rolled back out to where I was standing.

interesting fact when I was standing on that building on mt. gordon looking at chilliad before sunset.

the sun was exactly above chilliad looking like the mural or all seeing eye.

when looking at chilliad from this point of view it has a very similar shape like the mural. (closest I've seen yet).

and this other thing: when on chilliad near the cable car building you have that broken bridge left over.

where was this bridge leading to?????

It can be on both console, it's not an online quest idea. It's rather a grid map (imo).
