Maybe we need to recreate what is going on in the Altruist cave like maybe burning someone since there is fire and a skull in there. Also, if I recall there are diamonds on the wall of that cave, maybe it reveals a path such as a wall we can walk through when the sunlight hits it. Not sure how you would get the docker in there though.

 

Or it could be that the paintings at the cave are the only ones we need to focus on?

Could be. Anything is plausible at this point.

When the sun shines through the cave rising in the east if you look behind you , you will see the moon to the west at right around 6am . I spent a night with franklin there during a full moon .

Maybe once the path is lit we need to follow the sun and see where it leads .

Kinda like one of the other glyphs, eye, 3 marks in the middle, then moon. This glyph also found in yellow, not red. Edited January 19, 2014 by [email protected]

Scroll back a few pages, Deadman shows the marker on the map near the humane labs.

Strange egg you found there Shoky....this egg i reckon is the symbol of the "Authorised Dealership Board" or whatever that hands out the licences to trade vehicles in San Andreas, as I searched Maibatsus emblem

I find it looks quite similar to the mural or is it a stretch?(i know its supposed to look like the mitsubishi logo also) but just the colors and shape are quite similiar

Maibatsu (Mitsubishi) are a later rendition of the Zaibatsu Corporation, a japanese clonglomeraty who have a hand in running the government and economy in GTA 2. They even have their own "easter egg" in V as the most expensive car in GTA V is the Z-type , the gangcar of that gang from GTA 2. Just found it interesting with the logo looking like the mural a bit. Im gonna go look for this golden egg

@Cerventis Your theory about the Altruists is something new and very refreshing , good input there I have to say I think you are dead on with that I think the altruist cave depicts the viewpoint from deadmans cave having been there myself at sunrise(thats the official name of that cave now i think lol)

Also something i found interesting snooping around was the shape of the crack in this volcano.

Some of you may remember this advert from the "Liberty City, its over, next stop..." next location for GTA thread here. Although it doesnt help us decode the mural it just leads me to believe possibly the same artist drew this advert drew the mural or the glyphs perhaps i just think the art looks similar in style to some things we see in the game. Sorry for going off on tangents just little things i found interesting from trying to find out something about Shokys egg

It's all great and deep but, seriously, if that's it... I'm not impressed. And that's been my point this whole time: I don't care if there's a bigger truth or whatever. Neither does a lot of players. This is not about "being afraid of the truth", "running away from the truth" or anything of the sort - it's about a boring mural which is still up to interpretation and some people being obsessed over it, to the point of going insane and starting a cult. If there's a deep meaning in there, that's great. But I already moved on and that wouldn't save my game, as it wouldn't change my life (I'm happy with it, thank you very much). There are plenty of great games still waiting for me to play them!

 

Now, I know you're not taking sides. I'm just saying that people are seriously taking the unhealthy route for this whole thing. Charles Manson would be proud of Brian, for instance!

 

As for Deadman's theories, I don't believe there's anything huge to be found but I support him for he's a nice fella and has his feet on the ground.

Oh, and by the way, One Poor Fool: I see where you're trying to go but I don't think that crack on the volcano would mean anything, seeing as it's one big joke. You see the volcano's balls and what it refers to, right? I'm sure a clue wouldn't be in there.

Do you think there might be something to find of interest or something we can manipulate with the satellites? Looks like the only way to come close to the ladders would be to parachute in. Going to try it now

I hope thatyou dont think im consumed by Brians madness, I just had a look into what i deduced he was on about,i could be way off with it but im not reinforcing his ideas or convinced it is necessarily intended, I read and comprehended a philosophy and I feel the same about my life and the game as I did beforehand!

and yeah I know what it is going on there with the volcano lol, I didnt say it had anything to do with anything, just that the art style kinda seemed similiar , just thought id point it out , maybe the same artist made that advert and the mural, not trying to imply Chiliad is going to erupt or anything

 

I had a look into that golden "egg" in Grapeseed that appears at night.

It seems to be a strange lighting anomaly as you can see toward the top of it it looks a bit patchy or undefined, also it disappears when you shine a flashlight on it. By all means go there and check it out if anyone thinks theres something to it but it really looks like a light bug to me wouldnt bother looking for it in the files or honking a space docker at it or anything lol

this is because a few people used a no water mod and flew around real fast in a helicoptor looking for large things from a distance or a decent height. basically skimming the Ocean for anything.

 

 

But think about this, how many people do we have scouring the land mass, and how many times a week do we see new things posted with pics of stuff we have never seen before?

 

Ya but, the Ocean is fully explored, no need to go searching... lol

 

 

Pretty much,NO, it is NOT fully explored.

 

For example, let's say there were hidden glyphs to be found underwater. We know the glyphs on the mountain are hard to spot from a distance(beside the mountain one, it's HUGE) you have to get closer to them just to see them. remember how many people were running around chiliad looking for the last 2 glyphs? those people ran past those glyphs hundreds of times before they actually found them, and they were right up close to them, a few yard away at times.

 

You think this isn't happening underwater with something?(not necessarily glyphs but, something is most likely hidden)

 

 

I would like to say "Yes" and believe it has been fully explored but, common sense tells me that it most likely has just been skimmed over, and if anyone has gone through it thoroughly, how many times have they gone over it to make sure they didn't miss anything?

 

Just my opinion on the underwater searching, i don't feel it's right to discourage people by saying it has been explored when it clearly has not been fully by enough eyes.

 

 

Isn't this also the cover art for one of Cris Formage's books? "It happened to All of Us" or something like that?

 

Maybe i'm mistaken but, i could swear that this picture is somehow on one of Cris's book covers, from a previous game maybe?

Uh... You can just walk up to there. there are stairs from the ground leading to another platform with those stairs going up, on every one of them.

I have told you countless times what happened 157(158 now) years in our world.

In fact, find out what the Iceberg represents and where the idea came from, now you know when the world started.
