And egg theories have been around since way way before the alien egg was seen... also it wasnt found by us, we just viewed it, it was found in the original file hunt topic.

Tadd and the file guys never posted a thing regarding clues. They posted what were FACTS. At no point did they ever claim they were in game. Tadd, nor anyone else needs to debunk you, you have offered nothing that needs debunking.

Zoom in with the sniper rifle and you can see a red book called "Hacking The System" by Dr Alan Kerr. The cover of this book is interesting to say the least

 

I think Lester also has this book in his house. You could get a better look at it in there if you wanted to view it.

Interesting. I went there, but I didn't see anything yet. I never noticed that before either. My only skepticism would be that you can simulate that with explosives. If you shoot an RPG, it will leave fire there for several seconds.

 

as far as the Geiger counter noise it's kind of funny because it reminds me of a movie I can't remember which one but it was a comedy where they found what they thought was a nuclear warhead and it ended up being a septic tank from an RV I just can't remember the name of the movie

now I'm confused I'm standing there at midnight and I can see the entire beach expose all the way down to the bottom

 

but if you refer back to my post on page 85 you can clearly see that the water is higher than the bottom

I don't think the Geiger counter noise is anything in my opinion. Someone in the old thread mentioned that it was a nod to the inventor of it and the atom since it's at the Atom Burger or something similar to that and I also think that's what it is.

 

I stayed at the spot at sunrise and sunset. I noticed the same effect with the sun as you did, but I think it's just a cool lens flare effect that you get. I didn't notice anything else out of the ordinary. I did try to run into the walls during that time and it was a full moon previously.

 

The water movement is the tides in the game. Until we know how they operate, I don't think we should think that there is something unique happening there with the tides.

I've personally never noticed anything they are other than the clicking sound but that is rather cool that you found a beat I'll have to check it out later

yes it does look like the tide rises and falls
look like it drops enough to see the bottom
and it seems that only Rises in the late afternoon but what I did notice that was strange was when Michael start swimming as long as you don't pass through the opening it will stay like that in the tide is not go back down

also I took this very very coincidental picture coming through the opening just after sunrise

Ok i went and looked and found it again but it looks more like a very shiny boulder sticking out of the ground, when i first saw it it was night so it gave off a blue purple color, anyways its near the east side of the farmer fields north east of the lake in SS, im pretty sure im wrong but check it out and tell me what ya think

Well first of all, this topic is called "Decoding the Mt Chiliad Mural". It;s not called "The hunt for a Jetpack and/or UFO"

 

For someone to say that religion, evolution, creationism, etc, etc. is not part of the mural is plain ignorance when it clearly IS part of the puzzle.

 

It's just not the part of the puzzle that everybody is choosing to focus on but, it is the larger portion of the mystery of the mural.

 

So, whether you want to hear it or not, and i don't care if you're a mod or not, or just some random person, anything pertaining to the mural is ON TOPIC and i will continue to post about anything mural related.

 

If you didn't make the game then you have no business telling anyone what is and is not related to "Decoding the Chiliad Mural".

 

Go make a searching for JP/UFO topic if that's what you people want to do but, as far as i know i'm more on topic than the rest of you lately.

 

I even posted pictures that match up to the mural with explanations of where you should be looking next, the mural is a representation of something and i posted a picture but, nobody bothers to check anything out or take the time to do research. You all just want it handed to you and i'm not here to do that, nobody handed it to me, i had to work for my education on the mural.

 

Call it crass, call it jerky, call it old school but, do your own work, it will only make you better people in whole.

This is the symbol of the philosophy of the cosmic egg.Its referenced a few times on The Journey on GTA IV radio.

Looks alot like the one in the chiliad mural.

The philosophy of the cosmic egg is alot like the Epsilon type preacher stuff that brian comes out with.

Also, in greek mythology, the myth of the cosmic egg was an egg of which all life and matter came from, laid by a greek goddess, in the form of a dove, above a lake as we all know is referenced in the epsilon tracts.

So i reckon he looks this egg up and wets his pants to see rockstar have sent him a hidden message about the philosophy that relates to the tract only he can decipher and its up to him to show us all the light as the chosen one and advance our minds broaden our horizons to not only the mystery of the game but life itself.

Im not gonna try and explain all of this in context to the hunt and his preachings to us because it makes me look as crazy as him, but basically if you read it all the cryptic stuff they are saying and this philosophy to them is the deeper meaning of the mural mystery as a whole and it does seem very epsilony in nature. Basically it represents evolving your mind and advancing as a civilisation without dependance on TPTB, achieving enlightenment from getting over your ego or super ego whatever,and opening your EYES (sorry couldnt resist) to the reality of the world around us and not to that of the reality society has put in place for us to perceive. It also leads us on a journey of research and discovery to all the never ending eggs and references in the game as Tadd was talking about in his post above that you may not have seeked information on beforehand related to the search, but you thought it was related to the mural mystery so you just had to see what it was all about and you found out about it , the more we find out, the more we think there may be no jetpack prize, but the more we learn the more we are aware of in the world now,therefore expanding your mind, achieving ID from the knowledge obtained and getting over the super ego that wanted instant satisfaction without work or effort from obtaining the prize(jetpack ufo whatever) lol read the article to understand more sorry). I reference here when Xmarqs asked "what was your relationship like with your mother?" Hes putting us in the shoes of children with the super ego we cant get over, follow up questions to that would be "Did she give you what you want when you wanted it or did she teach you things you want must be earned with achievement and effort?" All very Freudian of whom he was posting pictures to accompany this question with.We as the player want the jetpack, but our mothers Rockstar (lol) arent just going to give us what we want, they want to teach us more & achieve a potential prize it has to be earned. looking for the jetpack is like losing your car keys in a library, all that info and knowlegde all around to absorb but youll never discover it because your ego is blinded by rage to find your missing car keys it wants it so bad. If the hypothetical "jetpack" was easily earned, most people wouldnt traverse the game till the ends of the earth discovering all the never ending easter eggs that are in the game .

Its cool and all in the context of the game and i would give it a good chance that it is an intended meaning with the never ending mystery that is in place, but I wouldnt go throwing my sanity away over a philosophy being referenced and possibly applied to a video games web of easter eggs. Hopefully after this insight we can move on from brian and kraffrom and Xmarqs crypticisms in this thread for good.Ive tried to lay it out as simply as possible for everyone to understand but its some pretty out there stuff that may or may not be intended and in general has no "solving" power to it at all.

If this is not what you are on about brian, then im going to start up a rival sect of belief in this field with my own blog, twice as many GTAF accounts .. rubbing it in everyones face in an even more cryptic manner than you.

IMO:

- The jetpack is just a reference to GTA SA and the place where we can find the 3rd UFO after reaching the 100% (the military base: Fort Zancudo)

- The ufo refers to the hippy camp after reaching the 100%, the UFO above this camp

- The cracked egg directly linked to the eye is the ufo discovered at the top of Mount Chiliad after completing the 100%

- The 5 boxes refer to the glyphes found on Mount Chiliad which tell us the weather conditions to see the 1st ufo from the observation deck (same eye on the glyphes than the one at the top of the mural and below the observation deck at the top of M.C. There are clues to confirm the weather conditions. Without them, we couldn't know when it appears...

 

I know, I have ever told it earlier in this topic but for me, it makes sense if we look at what we know after completing the 100%. All these clues can be linked to the apparition of the 3 ufos, as we know that 98% of the hashes are false positives or junk files and that there is no jetpack in game...

I would give it a good chance it is perhaps one of possibly a few intended meanings of the egg on the mural, a very deep one, but id give just as much chance to something like the physical alien egg from the files being accessible somehow in the game aswell to go with the intended reference.. aswell as a refernce to the chiliad UFO, one symbol on the mural could imply a few things perhaps, to mix the mystery up even further.

-Edit- I could very well be wrong about it being implied in the game or if thats what Brian is on about but ive never studied philosophies applied to pscho-analysis so i have no problem to stand up and say I was wrong if thats the case

I don't think that this cracked egg shows lightening bolts.... just smaller cracks than the big one in the middle. But One Poor Fool's theory makes sense about the egg. I don't know if the cracked egg of the mural refers to the philosophy of the cosmic egg, something tells me that it is going too far. If there is a solution, I suppose that most of the people could find it more easily. I don't know if all the gamers can get the keys to understand the never ending mystery, even if the sects and mystic beliefs are very present in game and that Rockstar likes maintaining the players into the doubts and confusion.

Either the mural has already been decoded or it is a never ending mystery, it will probably takes a lot of time to confirm it. But this theory would be very frustrating for all gamers if it is true...

 

@Deadman: I would like to know what time is it when you are to this place with the green light appearing.... This is where is located the tunnel leading to the human labs, right?

About the green light: Nothing in relationship with the moon reflecting on the water?
