There is an observation deck on a small mountian/hill behind the Hippy Shrine in the desert, I waited there during the night to trigger the rain at 3 am...and was attacked by a rather well timed mountain lion that decided to spawn behind me and creep up onto the platform with me.

By the way this deck is the exact same type found on chiliad, telescope included. And it overlooks the park perfectly.

Great news I entered the fib building and the glass roof is now breakable

The new guys are miss leading everyone

i investigated the FIB building, the most interesting thing i found was the floor directory. somewhere on floors 31-40 is an armory, but most likely floors under 47 or so can't be accessed.

 

I've been in there as well but discovered nothing of any use. Easiest way I found was by using the Content Creator, but I understand that any possible triggers may not exist in Online mode.

What people should really focus on searching for at this point in time, is the only thing currently placed in the game that has a model yet to be found in normal gameplay, and ties into the mural.

 

 

The alien egg.

Best bet is it probably being under water somewhere, being that it glows in the dark.

1 week and no 1 guessed LOL. some of my egos have been here all along and now you know lol. as long as i dont break character these egos will go unbanned thats why they say kurrupt is unbannable.

im adding 3 more accounts today LOL remember i said i had 100+ accounts and over 150 email addresses and ip changer and 25 routers and 20 comps have fun dikheadz lol

I can smash the windows but i can't get through them, how do you get inside the FIB building?

There was nothing that I could see from under the Palmer-Taylor Power Station. I was probably the only one wondering anyway. At least now I can search and find my post about it when I forget in a week.

Considering that the HC has the 2 usable Glyph's for the Chiliad UFO, i wonder if the 3 not used for the Chiliad one are used for the HC one then? seems a little odd that we have to go so high to see it.

 

EDIT: Also, i don't recall if we ever figured out if the Chiliad and HC UFO are the same one, just showing up in 2 spots?

 

Has anybody spawned the Chiliad UFO at 3, switched to another Character hovering in a Heli at the HC UFO and switched back to Chiliad UFO to see if they are both present at the same time?

This is just an opinion ofcourse. Many believe the mountain/zigzag clue simply tells us to travel to the top of the mountain.

 

I do not recall any mention of figuring out if they were the same or different.I havent a clue literally lol

 

@Terrazi..this is an interesting point.. If you observe the lights under the ufo you will see they rotate either to the left or right in short and medium turns of rotation..I have wondered if this can be translated into morse with the short turns being dots and medium turns being dashes... We are still supposedly looking for the SOS morse code afterall.

I would say all of those are solved..

 

Think about it.

The eye: UFO itself, it catches your interest when you see that glyth.

 

The mountain: self explanitory, the UFO appears at the peak of the mountain just as the glyth depicts.

 

Faded: This UFO in particular actually does fade in and out of visibility depending on how close you get to it.

Since we were talkin about it recently...check this out.was going through old messages and just thought this one was cool..I asked one of the ufo discoveres dr damos about his discovery and what led to finding the hippy camp ufo and this was his answer.....

 

 

Well it was an accident finding it

I went there in the chopper to investigate the lights some more and dcided to parachute from high up and on the way down found it

And the other UFO was found an hour after mine when everyone started to mention looking above everywhere important

wow, i feel the same some days. I even forget what I have actually posted and that's for real. I have the memory of a goldfish which is why I am still here. Maybe we should check the Alamo Sea some more ? I am nearly 50 (hate to admit that fact but its true) , and I am into this mystery but my memory is sh*t so if I repeat things please feel free to make me look a complete arse.

I would agree IF the Sand Glyph didn't exist. It uses the same Mountain Glyph, same Eye Glyph, and it seems to depict the HC, imho.

 

So, here is another idea i just thought of, don't know why i never saw this before...

 

Starting at the Sand Glyph it leads us to the HC. The sand glyph tells us no requirements to see the UFO above where is leads us to, and we can see it w/out any certain conditions being met.(besides 100%) COMPLETE.

 

The HC shows us two requirements for another UFO, which it points us to with the Viewing Platform pointing at Chiliad. We go to Chiliad, fulfill these two requirements and see another UFO. COMPLETE.

 

Mt. Chiliad shows us 5 requirements and points us towards... INCOMPLETE?

 

thoughts?

 

EDIT: Next logical "Observation point" would be the Observatory, or?...

 

I know sequences have been tried but, most that i read started at the Chiliad UFO as the logical beginning point... what if the HC UFO is the first one you have to see and/or activate for a sequence?

Probably the founding of the BaseIt feels weird to me that most of the citizens are acting normally within the state. They seem oblivious the large radar dishes, the black project UFO's, and all of the cover ups and corruption in the game's economy and the epsilon cult's power over the police enforcement (as their logo is seen on the police emblem. Things have been going around in circles for at least 7 or 8 months now. The big easter eggs were found right away. After that... the file research people found amazing clues for a while... then they all disappeared.

 

Most of the file discoveries were probably red herrings too. Nobody has found a flyable "jetpack" or a glowing green "alien egg" or a huge "asteroid" object or an active alien "HUD" in actual gameplay yet.

 

I have to say, I totally respect the people who worked on that file hunt. They taught me things about GTAV that I never would have figured out on my own.

 

There are still some ideas that haven't been proven or debunked yet. There are still a few things left to try. So when I have a weird idea about gameplay or game clues, I play GTAV and test it. Obviously I haven't discovered anything important. But at least it gave me a reason to play the game after completion, and even when my test fails, it gives me a clearer idea of what is and what isn't possible in the game world.

 

The only parts of this hunt that really bore me are the people who re-post ideas that somebody else tested months ago without any new information. Or completely fantastic, unrealistic, and un-testable ideas. Or practical ideas that are only tested once or twice. It's really easy to do something once, find some weird glitch, and then claim that it is a "clue" for the mystery. If you do it ten times, and the same unusual thing happens every time, then I think it's safe to say that it might be a clue. But nobody has found anything like that recently.

 

I've been tracking the history of the Chiliad mystery hunt for months now, and I know that Reddit is starting to get clogged with recycled junk, but the Chiliad Mystery sub still has a lot of really helpful members. I think the biggest problem over there is the huge number of people who make multiple accounts, or who make one or two posts and then run away when they get downvoted, or who post nothing and just downvote everyone else without explaining why. On GTAF, it might be a little bit easier to see who is serious about this mystery and who isn't.

Im sorry I recorded something interesting that occurred in the game and decided to share it, having not read your copious amounts of research first.

 

I was just trying to contribute, and I did that. Other people have done the same thing and had it crash at the camp as well as other spots.

That's an interesting discovery. It certainly as the illusion of an egg but what now? Like lots of hunters on here I've explored around the dishes for ages and besides the FIB officers I've never found anything of interest. As many are beginning to say, I think a large dlc is planned that hopefully will join a few dots. I'm sure things like the observatory will feature and new missions with Omega etc. here's hoping anyway. I'll still plow on regardless and see if anything in the existing game is awaiting discovery!

Something about the humane labs seems sketchy, not because the whole "underground neural government testing facility," thing, but because it has weird building features and models not seen in the generic city scape.
