When I've been at that glyph, months ago, I've never noticed anything on top of it but some picks, taken by different gamers, have been posted since then, and seemed to show some quarter circle above the "half/faded/foggy?" glyph. Maybe, maybe not, only way to confirm/debunk it is to go there once again...

I was the discoverer of this until then unnoticed feature above the Partially missing Glyph. Although the general conclusion was that it is NOT part of the Glyph but, just a feature of the rock detail i argued the opposite to the death and until i was tired of it.

I was thinking "Overcast" but, either way there is something about it that seems to be a misunderstood clue, right?

 

to see the UFO we don't need a clue of an Eye missing 1/4 circle and a different 1/4 circle above it. The only 2 clues we really needed were Rain/3. The other 3 clues seem so out of place that we have to be overlooking something obvious.

 

Also, as for the "Mountain" clue meaning Mountain.... well, where do we find the clue? It could still be a UFO with a Tractor Beam... and writing that down i thought to myself just now "Tractor Beam... Epsilon rewards you w/a Tractor...

 

Probably just a coincidence since it's just us labeling it a "tractor beam".

I actually had a dream that the HC UFO was hovering just above the HC in the rain, so funny you should mention this exact scenario. It was almost like a Deja Vu type dream, like i had already seen it and in my dream i experienced Deja Vu.

there are 4 one underwater, 2 that are one and the same, mc top, and hc. and 1 over zancudo

If so, look in front of the zancudo elevator, in the elevator, chiliad tunnel doors etc

Wasn't thinking about the Beam/tractor connection before but, i have thought about the Tractor reward being used for something else.

 

a while back i took a little creative liberty with the dialogue from the Epsilon Missions involving the word "Tract", this is what i came up with...(few months old but, figure it was relevant enough to post)

EDIT: To tie this in with something else, getting struck by LIGHTNING is most common while riding Tractors.... also riding Lawnmowers, playing Golf, Jogging, etc, etc. Pretty much all the activities in the game are high chance of getting struck by a bolt of lightning, statistically.

I've been here since the start of all this craziness and I know everyone,except me,has honked at the MC ufo but does it really do nothing? It's the only thing I can think of.That that noise could disable something.

not to go into a whole symbolic off topic post but, it would make sense if the tractor was from another... "world" and it would have been ride in the same as michael. so it has but it hasn't... I can see the implications. althought I still don't know how we could use the tractor. maybe there are clues on it?

Actually, who am i to tell you what you saw or not? If you think you saw a video of the UFO hovering above the HC in the rain then i somewhat believe you, to be honest.

 

One of the former active "Troll's" always said in PM to me that this was what happens when we see the HC UFO "Correctly", as he said. I think he also posted some of this in public, not that it matters because he was a Troll but, he indicated that having to go to the Max Height level to see the UFO is the wrong way to find it. take it with a grain of salt but, some of the Troll''s seemed to be ahead of their time by quite a few month's.

Playing as Trevor, there were a couple times last night that I got a caption at the bottom of the screen. I looked last night, googled, looked here, put it in many different ways, excluding words and couldn't find anything. I believe it's been discussed but as I said I can't find it anymore.

 

"You're a crazy psycho!"

 

I don't see text captions on the screen very often, if at all, that I know of. Can anyone tell me briefly what this is about, if you know? Thanks, it's been bugging me a bit but I know the answers probably simple and something I overlooked.

The Space Docker has nothing to do with any easter egg, as Rockstar confirmed already.

 

This is false. Needs to be corrected an cleared up. a response from a support tech that get's paid probably minimum wage to answer questions said there was nothing else to do with the Space Docker. Rockstar has never commentated on the Mystery or anything to do w/EE's as far as i know. The closest thing is the guy who is a R* employee(i think the world designer) saying they put so many tiny EE's in the game that they most likely won't all be found. that guy's statement also get's misinterpreted into "There is a puzzle so hard that nobody will ever solve it".

 

 

It's all started by bad reading comprehension. Anything and Everything is still possible in GTAV until R* actually comments officially.

Ok...It was just strange because I was just roaming using grenades on doors........specifically at the grain silos along the highway NW of Humane Labs. I wasn't on a mission or anything and nobody was around that I know of. It was the middle of the night. I didn't hear anyone speaking at the time and that caption just popped up on the screen out of nowhere. It is probably just a glitch though but it really stands out when you're free roaming in the dark.

yep.I put a marker on where the white circle is at the camp and then fly up.the screen goes fuzzy,clears,then the ufo is there.Its quite a big gap between fuzzy bit and ufo so to me it doesn't seem like interference from the ufo.I don't know,lol.

No LOD is different - stands for Level of Detail and pertains to how a texture or an object can appear from either close up or from a distance. In many games when you are a long way away from something and you don't really need to see the detailed texture/mesh, so to save on memory the game loads a low rez version, then as you get closer it ups the scale. Same can be so with objects in game made up of mesh. For something quite small the LOD factor has to be higher so it doesn't disappear when you get too far away from it. I am not exactly sure how the LOD factor in GTA is calculated but I do have experience working with it in other games (I learned the hard way when noticing that wing mirrors on my cars and other smaller details would vanish because I hadn't imported the mesh with enough detail). Ideally the LOD factor is a balance between detail and performance. See here for a more detailed explanation of LOD -
