I'm not following.

 

You post a picture of the BLUE symbols and say they don't appear on the SD.

 

Then you post a picture of zoomed up RED symbols that are the same.

 

So they do show up on the SD but, they don't show up?

 

 

I am thoroughly confused right now.

 

 

EDIT: Blue or Red they are the same symbols already on the SD when you get it. what's the big deal or am i missing something?

blue symbols are not viewable(and could be a glitch, like i say dunno).

The red symbols are viewable.

The pic i've posted before was an inverted color of the red symbols, to see if something was there, except one thing I've noticed and not reported for now, nothing new appear.

But this red symbol is the original symbol of the SD. No tricks are necessary to see this.

I have simply post an inverted color pic of the parts to show better.

Off current topic but, this reminds me of the Hippy Camp.

 

The Tree at night with the lights, like electricity/Lightning reaching out towards the other, smaller mound.

 

the stuff at the bottom of the Tree reminds me of the Alien-ish Yoga drawings that we find around the hippy Camp and the Water Towers.

 

Just something that stood out to me, anyone else see it?

 

EDIT: Yes, i know it's not a tree but, a Tesla Coil.

This guy has made appear these symbols(I talk especially about the last pic) by editing paint of the SD with a savegamefiles editor. So, maybe

it could be possible to custom our SD in a garage(dunno wich one and how).

I have tried to made appear them during 2 real weeks under different conditions(artificial light, day, night, moon, storm, hours) without any results.

 

These symbols aren't on the original textures of the SD. So We should be able to add them:

 

 

The only changes you can make to the SD in Los Santos customs are bulletproof tyres I think, you can't change the paint job. Also, when you say the guy edited paint of the SD with a savegamefiles editor all he has done is probably change the textures himself in Paintshop and re-injected them back into the game. This is not hard to do at all, and is effectivly just a MOD.

 

EDIT @ sorry Tirk I can now see what you mean. Odd that those additional symbols do not form part of this texture. I havent checked my SD to see if they are there as I'm at work at the moment.

It might be an additional "alpha" texture layer (transparent image) over laid on top of the original SD textures, but i don't know why R* would bother to do this, unless, as you say, it needs certain conditions (lighting, weather etc) to allow us to see them. But even when we can see them they don't seem to make much sense. The star could merely indicate that the SD is an "outer space" car.

I have been a silent hunter since the start and have tried most of the theories you guys have tried though I have never came across this before. last night I was at the salvation mound thing with franklin in the space docker and micheal as shotgun,nahhh mean ab soul lol anyway I was sitting honking the horns for a while so decided I would hold the horn button down,whilst listening to the sounds I noticed that when I was holding it in on the one that sounds like radio waves I could also hear a woman saying HELP ME coming through the sound ,i tried turning off the radio and standing away from the vehicle to see if I was maybe just hearing background noise but nothing, could someone please try this out and see if I am actually just going nuts or is it actually something . and lay off that washanin dude he reminds of brian which is never a bad thing in this cold world.

Last night i was flying around in a heli about 15 feet off the ground and well going past this spot i swear i heard the sounds the ufo make well hovering, so i flew back and heard it again in the same spot so i checked the time, it was around 3:30 in the am and after 4 i could no longer find the sound, this couldn't be the mysterious ufo in the city we are looking for could it?

Your not going nuts, numerous people have reported spurious radio messages whilst in the docker and holding the horns "on". There are even some videos on You Tube. I have noticed that the Docker is one of the few vehicles with a CB radio in it, so it's possible the voices are coming from that. The voices never seem to make much sense though.

Have to agree with the abover poster - it's just jesus bread again. If you stare at pretty much anything long enough your brain will start seeing patterns - watching clouds and seeing shapes you identify with is the classic. People are always doing it with rock formations in GTA. It's a sacrifice stone - all it represents is where the Altruists murdered people and probably burned their bodies which is why we see that very vague human shape. I think that is all it is meant to represent.

Looks to me like the FIB building based of the stairwell, skylight and layout of the rooms

The sky light compared to the size of the rooms seems too small. The FIB sky light takes up quite a large portion of the roof. The rooms would be huge and wouldn't fit in the building.

that collision map is interesting. i can't place it but it's not the fib building. i noticed a ground level skylight like that near del perro beach but i think it has a pointed top without the horizontal crossbar. checking....

 

nevermind it's just the morgue from the michael mission. i was thrown off because these images seem to have been flipped.
