@PeckRWood do you have the original picture of this NPC or any info at all where you found this avatar ? I am not too sure but this pic looks like its from one of the screenshots from the Los Santos tourist guide website that launched a few weeks before the game dropped?

If so he might not spawn as a random npc in the final game.

Other than that he looks like the type of NPC who rides Blazer Quads & Sanchez Dirt Bikes around Harmony & Sandy Shores, ill keep an eye out for him

Maybe the guy at Cluckin bell pageant stage, sitting in a lawn chair early in the morning? The whole alien conspiracy talk, about lasers in Israel and that nonsense. Might be a random set of peds that spawn there. Is there a reason we should be singling that dude out? I'm out of the loop here.

Been Awhile because the mystery is finally solved. Thanks to all your theories so I can compile them.

 

First why would the game allow you to keep all characters alive?

Most likely those that kill Michael or Trevor will not experience everything the game has and secrets which R* stated.

 

So this is what you need to do.

Recently a second unknown mural was found. In one of the tiles there was 3 mountains.

 

3 Mountains, 3 Characters and 3 Spots where they belong.

Step one gather all 3 characters to each mountain in correct order.

Best time for all 3 to be at is just before 3 AM and Storming Weather.

1. Lead Trevor to the Altruist Camp on the Rock.

2. Lead Franklin with Space Docker on Mt Chiliad.

3. Lead Michael to Mount Gordo to do Yoga.

 

If done correctly something should indeed happen. But can't spoil everything for you.

I've had a bit of an epiphany, and I owe it all to stoned2death.

 

First things first. The mural.

 

The egg is seperate from the other 2 large boxes but not from the rest of the small boxes. This is because the cracking egg represents literally that. Us cracking the easter egg. In other words working out the 5 little boxes. Chiliad UFO. (I'm not going to bore u all with the details, I'm sure u all know by now! )

 

The ufo box represents The ufo on top of the car at "alien mountain" or whatever its called. We go there and the clues are in front of us. Beam us up, the wow signal etc. There trying to communicate with something above that place. So we fly above and there's the UFO.

 

The "jetpack" box respresnts the "jetpack" rock at the altrurist camp.

 

Edited due to something Stangone pointed out. I'm sure the stoned2death is right with regards to see the eye and our path is lit. Embrace the light imo means the lights on the bunker. Where can u see them from except the top of the bunker? Anywhere on the mountain at the bottom of the lit path maybe? Anyway he is risen, again imo, is to look up to see the UFO. What else at the altrurist camp is missing in this explanation?

 

All 3 boxes represent places to find clues. Follow the clues to find UFOS. I think this is what Rockstar were taking about when they said "they weren't sure if people would find the clues or not" (if that was ever even said, I personally have never seen any proof)

 

Rockstar obviously didn't plan on people finding the zancudo UFO from the lights on the bunker.

 

I'm not saying there's not anything else to find and I not here to discourage anyone from hunting. I remember when this thread was called decoding the chiliad mural or something like that. I think I have just done it. Thanks to everyone else. I just put the pieces together.

Anyone who missed it.

Do you know what I understand which you can't seem to grasp? It's a game. One which references many films, tv, news events, conspiracies, etc. It parodies all of these things but yet you believe it's a film? Everything you post is only relevant if you force yourself to believe it's relevant. Simple as that.

 

Rockstar have done an amazing job creating such a beautiful world that is getting examined and ripped apart life no have world before it. And has anything new been found? No. Even with your theories about it being a film, or inside an alien egg.

 

Have a tried leaving your parents house? Going outside? Getting a life? I think this GAME is affecting you and you need to remember it's only a GAME.

 

and until anyone finds anything else I think my "theory" is the answer. Only DLC will prove it so I'm waiting for that. Good luck in the hunt for everyone else though.

Regarding jet pack/DLC. We know the file came with 1.12. Tin foil hat time.

What if R* put it in cause they are checking the mystery online and added it because someone has got close to solving it!

I posted this on Reddit with little response, maybe because it's complete rubbish, but I may as well throw this into the mix here as well.

 

I went and looked at some images of the Tesla coil at Griffith park Observatory. It looked very familiar. For those who don't know what it looks like take a look at this page :

Then take a second look at this glyph :

That circular orb with the line through it all over the place that everyone has assumed was an eye/ufo/sun etc could easily be representing the Tesla coil.

Also in game we have the Coil Voltic, which is based on the real life Tesla Roadster.

Someone mentioned that the front of the SD could be sort of a plug to charge it up ? This makes a bit of sense to me , especially with all the related lightning bolts,some say there to indicate the weather to see the MC ufo but all you need is rain so its a bit baffling.edit: its even got lighting bolts on its wheels .
