GTA V Metaphors, Philosophy and Hidden Meanings.

After finishing up a 3 week long research project i have some bad news to report.

 

Everything in the Text Files is present and accounted for, except stuff that we know is cut content.

 

there were tons of lines of dialogue that i never heard on numerous play through's but, taking longer on my most recent play through revealed that EVERY dialogue line that i thought was unaccounted for or for a secret way of completing a mission, etc, etc. They are all present an accounted for in the game and are just normal lines of dialogue.

 

So, unfortunately if there is something to find still, it will be just "Visual" with accompanying sound effects at the most it seems. No special super secret black project mission with a lot of detail and dialogue, unfortunately.

 

I don't know, i was pretty thorough, if anyone is wondering about any certain dialogue lines then post them or PM them to me and i will see if i can help to pinpoint where they are from in game.

What about the omega stuff? Iirc there was some talk about him having extra dialogue. Maybe I missed something and it was from a cut mission or whatever.

 

 

Maybe I'm reaching here now but is it still possible that anything secret related is so hidden in the disc that no one has found it? Has every file been opened etc?

Imagine there is one file that contains the flyable ufo, the jet pack, all the extra dialogue and mission scripts etc! that would be awesome.

 

Would have to be hidden pretty well though. I know nothing about programming but I'm guessing it could be encrypted etc. Only possible to be read by the console itself. Anything else reading it and it would appear like nonsense? Is that even possible?

It's extremely possible. The problem is that many are too impatient. We already know a dlc is coming which will include a continuation of story mode. When? We just don't know that, perhaps it's still in the making and they are still trying to implement/integrate the ideas they have gotten from us plus their own ideas too.

 

I personally cannot wait for the dlc but at the same time haven't lost hope of there being more still to find now.

I don't know about content but I remember talking to one of the file guys and he said they didn't find any hidden missions

I did ask about the Egg, and extra UFO and he said the extra UFO model look is if it wasn't used but the Egg could be but he couldn't say for sure

I also remember him saying something about online being run server side so he couldn't be sure they weren't used their

I just wish I didn't delete the pm

If he was right that would suck big time for me and others that don't play online

I agree TSF, I still have hope and because of that I have been thinking...

 

I now have a true (hard/everything completed) 100%, and just as other members have reported it changes nothing

 

Based on the grate sorcerer's riddle, this is what we know...

(note nothing extra = nothing outside of the normal UFO's and Bigfoot EE's)

 

(soft/basic) 100% achievement = nothing extra (confirmed by many players lol)

 

Good karma = nothing extra

(confirmed by a few players)

 

Bad karma = nothing extra

(confirmed by myself and a few other players)

 

True (hard) 100% = nothing extra

(Confirmed by myself and at least 2 other players)

 

That only leaves

 

Completing the game in a specific time frame. I'm going to assume in under 24 hours (going to try that next)

 

The other is...

 

Making all the right moves/choices and given so many people have played the game I'm going to assume this has been covered, but I guess this is debatable.

 

Anyway I'll get started on it tomorrow and let you folks know the outcome

Regarding making the right choices etc. If it includes things like heist crew, rejecting/accepting advice from the Dr, helping your family or not, stealing the epsilon money or not. Even choosing to do the cult missons or not. Who to take to the altruist camp. There is just so many variables with regards to choices. It's not just heists, give back or steal the money/car/bike etc.

YES, this is true as far as i know. Completely possible that they added via update, or even the initial update when you first play the game. All i'm saying is that i went through 95+% of the dialogue one line at a time, crossing out lines as they came up in missions. took a long ass time and there was very little left over and it was all accounted for as cut content....

 

The OMEGA dialogue is the THE ONLY dialogue that i can't be sure of, as i can't confirm t at it was cut and also can't et it to show up in game form my usual techniques that i got the rest to show from, so... ?

 

either like i said, it's a visual w/effects only... OR you guys need to focus on OMEGA and stop fooling around with shadows and paradolia.

 

People can disregard good science because of personal feelings, doesn't bother me one bit, i already know the science as fact, so i'm not the one missing out.

@Deadman..If you are looking for alternate ways to play the game, how about completing only those missions needed for 100% completion shown on the Social Club. Also golding every mission as you go along. Finish with zero deaths and as few innocents as possible. R* basically tells us exactly what to do to reach 100% completion.

 

I do not have the patience to even think about starting over again, but if I did Id try this.

 

@X..Would you mind posting here the lines of dialogue that are not accounted for.

I do have all gold in every mission but I can't say I didn't kill any innocents or not die

but I can say that I never die during a mission only well messing around free roam when I would get a bunch of cops on me

(I didn't do any atm robberies at all or gruppe sechs vans) didn't even steal any vehicles. (Well one but I had no choice) no difference in anything but you're more than welcome to try for yourself.

Anyway i have spent the whole day hanging around/searching Bishop's WTF in all weather and times. Found nothing to note apart from the fact i have that ufo noise stuck in my head now lol.

we've all seen this but i recently did the epsilon test and on the results page it gives you a personality pie chart that's remarkably similar.

 

The logo on the pic is the Higgins Helitours logo. It's on the helitour choppers in GTA IV too. Nothing special. I had a very strange thing happen in FZ a few days ago. I ramped in from the wall next to the tunnel and i spotted a random ped on the end of the runway with binoculars. A spawn point glitch mabye? Sorry guys i didn't get a pic and it's pretty difficult to replicate what happend for me. If anyone is wondering it eas daytime around like 14:30 or something.

Heck, after seeing the obvious link between Tomb Raider and GTA I simply got back to playing GTA IV and Just Cause 2. At least I can still find some stuff to do in both of them (even Vigilante Mode is fine with me).

I also find it strange that there are a lot of coincidences between the two myself

I do find it strange that the puzzle at the AC is similar (at least visually anyway) to the one found in TR

 

The main theme in TR besides raiding tombs is the illuminati, which coincidentally is also a huge thing in grand theft auto.

So I rewatched the TR movie, the first one. In the movie it is a race against the clock to find the eye. everywhere they look they fine eyes but have to solve puzzles in order to find the real eye.

 

I read book a few years ago or maybe I read it online. Anyway in the story they are trying to find the eye of the illuminati in order to find some artifact, but have problems because they keep looking all the wrong places. The reason they can't find it at first is because all the eyes they keep tracking down are man-made.

The fake eyes are placed their on purpose to make people look in the wrong direction in order to prevent people from finding the real eye. In the end the real eye is found in a geographical formation that formed the eye at a certain time of the day.

 

Sound familiar yet?

The same this is in GTA

dozens upon dozens of them are created out of sculptures and many number of other things but only 1 created out of a geographical formation

go figure

 

In GTA their are hints to time with all the broken clocks...

The back to the future references...

And more then half of the missions are time based.

Hence the reason I think it will be time based.
