litlirishone: if you mean a theory based on time, tadd or any of the "file" guys could tell better than I can, but if I'm not mistaken they looked into this kind of script from the game files and found nothing much interesting.

Is anyone keeping a list of all the clocks.

I have a few ideas for ways they could mean something.

 

If we can maybe find matching ones but with different hours we might have found a way to know certain time triggers for things.

If theres a 1am and 2am clock in the same place for example then that could refer to the web.

There would have to be someway of knowing what the clocks are referencing so it might be worth looking for clocks telling us somthing we already know about such as the web. Then we can see what sort of clues are being used if any.

 

 

Alternatively they may be positions on a compass or directions to follow.

Maybe each clock hand lines up giving a spot on the map.

 

 

Another option could be there are to be visited in order ie 12, 1, 2 oclock etc. Maybe do some good at each spot like a theft recovery or maybe you just look at the clock.

 

Other than that i cant think of anything else they could be significant for. It does seem strange that they are stopped and at different times.

 

 

Another thing that has always puzzled me is why we have the ability/button to drop all ammo. Why would any gta'er drop their ammo?

If that clon "theory" happens to be true, i would highly recommend a serious drug test to the gta creators (and im not talking of something harmless like weed)

 

And by the way, there is no special after 100% mission for trevor, just after main story. There´s no special after %100 clothes for michael, you can get the epsilon robes whenever you want.

 

Back on topic.. what are we talking about? some flowers and clocks? the abductions are interesting in my opinion. The green light in the water seems to be forgotten.

I know you can do it online to give ammo to friends, can you do it in campaign mode? Could be a way to give ammo to M or F if playing as T.

As for the clock theory, it should be checked if any of them has a clue to an easter egg. They all seem so random right now that it's hard to believe it'll lead to something. If any of them indicated a place and/or a time, we would know that it's worth exploring this theory.

I could have sworn in the options menu under controls it says triangle to drop ammo or somthing.

I seem to remember pressing it at some point and hearing a jingle like ammo dropping but am not sure i did drop anything.

 

I was thinking of pressing it when tild to drop my guns at the fort.

Iwas thinking about ridding myself of ammo the other night. I know online you can drop guns and such but, story mode this doesn't seem possible.(As Michael) I plan to just shoot everything I have & make him live a good life. Karma and all ?

So im at the top of MC , with the fib holagram , playing with my sniper rifle and I noticed this. Has this already been explored , light glitch maybe? If so oops , its hard to keep track of everything sometimes.

I already know the sniper rifle is glitchey when it comes to lights .

@Ekimenots. If your links are referring to the white beam coming out of the spinning anus it's well known. The SS one has the same. This is also the same light i saw a ufo beaming a ped from his station wagon. Also please provide an explanation of the images/links you provide. Thanks.

Yes I was wondering why the spinning anus on this "UFO" has a light coming out of it . It never appears unless you look through the scope of the sniper rifle . Just a left over from when it gets " copy and pasted" from the SS original ?

I dont think its a particularly bad problem at the moment.

It also gives scope for a noob to throw in a parting sentence like seeing a cow being abducted for us to get a clue.

Missing the point altogether scooby. We can't keep going around in the same circles not when there is a perfect solution that would keep us from doing so. We have lines of investigation and newbs are welcome to offer anything new but there should be as much information as possible in the OP of this thread for them to catch up.

 

I was just seeing if there was any of the regular more experienced posters who would be willing to contact Raavi with updated or missed information that needs to be added to the OP.

@ TSF I agree , because ive been reading this thread since page 30 or somthing .I am a noob to this easter egg hunt , but I really enjoy it .The hunt keeps me into the game because I dont really play online . But i must admit trying to follow it sometimes as it derails , I may start to skim through , possibly missing great intel . So it would be great to have a spot where we could check before we clog the thread with recycled knowledge.

It is impossible to start reading out of the first post. When i go to sleep and i come back the next day, i have to spend around 20 minutes to read the 2 or 3 pages made, i mean, i dont read it like fast, i do try to pay attention to everything that is written. I have been following this thread since page 130 or something, and sometimes i have no idea of what you guys are talking about, because i just didnt read everything, so if i go to a place and see something weird, i have no idea if it has been seen before. Not only something you could see, but something you could try, like.. have you guys tried to speak to all the pedestrians? it is something worth writing down. Sometimes it is better to make a list of stuff that are already tried but failed, than stuff that are a success.

 

So, back on it, i can go online on ps3 now

Could this be possible? This is a bit off topic. Rockstar stated the GTA5 universe and the Universe in SA were not the same. So, how is it OG LOC's name is on the walk of stars, and his record is on Franklin's wall?

 

i think it's just a quick reference @ easter egg made by rockstar.

okay how about this, gta sa and gta5(which in hd universe with gta4) have los santos, but both are different in universe, stated earlier by rockstar since gta4 was out.

it is not the same los santos.

yeah rockstar made that statement so we players didnt get confused with the story. (such as why CJ is not exists in gta5 or why toni is not exists in gta4)

 

 

no not saying that this thought process is exactly wrong but I believe the reason that they said that this was not the same GTA universe as the original San Andreas was because they in fact changed the orientation of the map and removed a great deal of it

 

they also moved major landmarks that was found on the other island and place them on this single Island

 

and for the record there is actually a mission that you can trigger the Easter egg and see CJ and the gang riding their bicycles

this can be done only on a mission replay

Has any one noticed the interference on the car radio when driving out of the tunnel next to the alien/hippy camp towards sandy shores or is this normal? Just after exiting the tunnel brake and listen and you can hear it!
