Mods can also increase the acceleration of the vehicle, so get them if you find the levels of acceleration without mods unsatisfactory. To get mods you need to win races. To win races you need to get mods. What a conundrum. all I got from this is that you suck at racing There is no such thing as "sucking at races" in GTA Online. It's all dependent on luck and mods. The latter is a factor of how much boosting you do. What crap.nah I just beat people in a race allowing custom cars but my Adder was destroyed atm so I was the only uncustomised driver in the race and somehow I beat everyone. I got my mods by racing. Personally I think the Gauntlet is mediocre looking knock off on older muscle cars with subpar build quality and unsophisticated handling that allows you to drive like a moron, just like the Challenger.
