It is actually getting harder I think to determine whether newbies are actually new or just rebaked characters.. had many times where a low level's suddenly sprayed me after slowing down to stop near them..

Then again, I did pick one up the other day and had the best police car chase ever.. bout 30 mins all in... as they didn't realise to stop shooting at the police.... :facedesk: and this was attempting to lose the heat in a Bobcat n'all... not the best getaway vehicle tbh...

 

But still.. most epic police chase I've had in all my time on GTA:O...

OP, who is to say they havent been tricked into getting into a vehicle that has been plastered with sticky bombs before? Wether it be a "glitched" vehicle or regular Im not just going to randomly jump into a vehicle some one leaves in front of me. Especially if that person is hanging around like a lost puppy. Were you mic'd up and able to communicate your intentions?

 

Also was the Cliff Burton comment a compliment? I got a little lost in the trolling.

Indeed, nine times out of ten, if you're able to accurately convey your intentions, people will usually follow suit with them. "Hey, want a ride new guy?" "Want me to teach you how to make some money?" "Want a free tank to go on a fun rampage with?" But then, there's always "that" guy. That guy who you offer to give him free money, and a ride of his choice, and he decides to shoot you in the dick, t-bag your body, and then run off with your money. There's always that one guy...

 

Also, not too sure myself to be honest, was that a compliment? Orrrr.... :S

 

Edit: Also, you know how many times I've offered free jet fighters to people when I'm done with 'em, only to have them just immediately blow it up the second I try to land near them after offering it? Some don't even wait for it to land, they just C4 it out of the air... "Hahahaha! What a fag! I just C4'd his jet out of the air! Learn to play nooooob! Hahahahha!" Me: (T_T')

 

Ooo, or the, "HEY FRIEND! WANNA GO - *gets shot in face by person*

What will always be my favorite though, is walking up to a level 5 black guy, and committing suicide via pistol in front of them. Their reactions are priceless the first time. "OOOOHHHH DAAAYYAAAAMN! YO EH JEROME! DAT NIGGA JUST STRAIGHT UP SHOT HIMSELF RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! Damn dawg, that sh*t's dark as Hell yo!" *You can hear Jerome in the background shuffling towards the room that houses the Xbox at this point.* "Hey dawg, do that shoot yourself again thing so Jerome can see!"

REminds me of my regular screw-up of forgetting to change my instant action buttons as I'm constantly pressing the button by mistake - normally mid gun spray..

 

I can just imagine their faces as my lethal spray of combat shotgun rounds turns into two middle fingers..

My favorite is the: *gets shot at* *runs in circle* *jumps once* *swings fist at nothing twice* *slumps to ground dead just as gun comes out* I had that happen SOOO many times within the first week of the game. XD

lol... that and attempting to riflebutt people and instead flying past them and getting shot in the back..

 

Close quarters combat is definitely not my forte...

I for one, would not spend 10 minutes bringing a none multiplayer aircraft to multiplayer, just to blow it up with my own bombs. ;) Plus they start shooting from distant. There's countless times I've been minding my own business and noticed sniper rounds bouncing off the wings, and only takes a few shots to spoil the party.
