no name group

So for those who have done some missions and gang attacks, You'll notice a few of them feature a bunch of guys in suits with Grangers, they have lines like "Mendoza's been hit." To me they look like a bunch of goons dealing drugs and stuff. They obviously seem more professional than The Lost MC and Vagos. Now my question is what's the groups name and their intention? Are they just some random enemies Rockstar decided to put in for variety?

They are meant to represent mercenaries and professional type body guards. Think Merryweather (some actually are merry weather)

I found the gta wiki page for the group, I'll take a picture of one if them next time I play. If I remember they apperead in the mission "Death from above" .

Funny thing is, the soldiers at the military base yell these Marine Corps phrases too, and while their uniform and rank insignia are clearly USMC, their patch says US Army. Hahaha, Rockstar, they are not the same. Also, every soldier has the generic last name "Nolan" and the rank insignia of Sergeant Major. It's a pretty sweet uniform. Wish we could wear it too.
