It's a variation of the sherriff SUV that gets dispatched once you reach 4 star wanted level when out I. The desert or Mountains, I'm not sure if you can get one online but in single player one is normally parked in the satellite station behind the Vinewood sign, and sometimes park rangers patrol along the river that runs into the Alamo sea.

Nah...... it is an emergency SUV but this is the first time i saw it spawn online, not sure what is the name tho.

obviously it's an emergency SUV.. lotta pretty lights on there. But the vehicle itself is a DeClasse Granger. They spawn everyday in Raton Canyon.

You can get one online.

 

Park Rangers spawn in and around Raton Canyon.

Whether from friend or from a stanger
In park, home, or distant manger.

Find one online and give it a quick changer
Or find a few and be a garage rearranger.
