watch the video and you'll see you can put any mod, including performance mods, on these vehicles

the guy even says that the dunebuggy fully modded has similar stats to the cheetah

In my defense, I didn't start playing video games until September of '14 so it was before my time and mods take 2seconds compared to glitches.

There was a glitch for PC recently to obtain street wheels for some bikes but it was patched. I have Sanchez, Sanchez(Livery) & Enduro with street wheels.
