Ok so this happened, I did a mission, had my car,it was a Monroe. now I finish the mission and join new session I'm in the 2nd most expensive apartment I walk into my garage and its someone else's cars piled up on top of mine except my Monroe which was nowhere to be found and had been replaced by someones sandlking xl so I get in and drive it out to see of I could yes I could but now my Monroe is nowhere to be f*cking found this is aggravating as sh*t I know slot 1 in the garage had some problems but this was new I know because I gained ownership of the modded sand king and sold it for 100k in another lobby but I just want my goddamn Monroe back anyone know how? Plz

P.s. it's bs you work your ass off grinding the legit way then boom tere goes your car I only have two now I have one f*ck you rockstar stupid f*ckig prices then my sh*t just goes poof after working for prolly a week to get it. f*ck you. plz help someone

Have you tried calling up the insurance mob?

Alternatively exit to single player then go back into MP.

Tried the insurance thing where you mash a button after destroying another car it worked last time but like I said this was quite different

when sh*t like that happens, don't call insurance. Don't drive someone else's car out of your garage. Don't try to duplicate a car. Don't randomly mash buttons. Exit to single player then come back. That's the best first step, in my experience.

OP, I have your answer - but you're not going to like it. Better sit and take a breath.

 

Your car is gone forever - as soon as you drove out in the Sandking, THE CLOUD overwrote your Monroe. The slight upside is if the Sandking was modded up it'll sell for a bit, so you can take a small amount of sting out of replacing the Monroe.

 

For next time, the cure is prevention - when you see this happen, just log out or shut down (I go for the latter option as I'm super-paranoid). When you come back, your garage will be correct.

 

Sorry for your loss, tho - always sucks to hear about deletions - never know who could be next...

Well thanks guys....too bad rockstar implements updates to kill bad cash but not fix simple sh*t like little glitches that basically waste hours of your life these forums are awesome though everyone is helpful as hell. Thanks
