I was reading this with an open mind. Until you typed this. Now I see you are a complainer with a bad attitude, who didn't intend to "discuss" anything, rather just argue your point and refuse any solution

What he meant was that no one should have it -- that is, everybody should be at the mercy of pure ballistics.

 

It's not a question of whether he uses it or not -- it's a question of whether this should be an option in the game at all.

 

 

I see that misdirected logic used on this forum a lot. Here's the general construct:

 

OP: "I don't like having A in the game."

Well to be fair it doesn't screw people getting away. It would be a fair to both parties in your scenario.

 

I do like the fact that you can flip your car back over when its in its roof. Now we font have to hear " Hey!! Can someone come flip me over!! I'm at the Airport!!"

Or you could steal another car and run into it flipping it back over. Even with the system in place I still have to do this sometimes lol

With the way some of these cars handle I'm glad this is a feature. Most of the lifted trucks like to roll over during spirited driving and it would suck if the only way to roll it back over is to find a vehicle in the middle of nowhere before it catches fire. The Bifta for some strange reason (IME) is nose heavy even though the engine is all the way in the back. So being able to lift the nose up while in the air essential to successfully driving that car. Now to some degree you are able to control a vehicle in the air. It is dependent on the amount of air you get, but using the accelerator and the brakes can change the pitch of the vehicle.

And I can't tell you how many times I've had to restart missions in previous titles because the car flipped over and blew up.

So over all I'm glad this feature is in the game and I find it can be quite a bit of fun.

more than once ive been in a race going around a corner, clipped the curb, and bc of the way its oriented ive ended up tilting the car on its roof. at least reverse the orientation on it R* sheesh

I didn't like it at first, I was expecting a semi realistic driving experience, but with the driving physics in game it kind of fits

 

I would rather a complete redo of the physics though
