This is a good idea, opening the Casino could be hella fun, be a good way to get the GTA economy going, as in people would be spending their in game cash and could open up a whole new social aspect for people playing games like poker and blackjack together... I mean RED DEAD had a great gambling aspect to the game

There is no economy to "get going". There is no economy in Gta v. None. Nada. Nothing. Doesn't exist.

I could see it. Not just scratchers but also a weekly lotto. You buy X amount of tickets from the hindu like your buying snacks. It would max out at a set point say 10 tickets at 100 dollars each. Each has it's own number and every sunday R* picks a number and that ticket wins 100K. There will be multiple winners and the store that sold them would get banners saying they sold the winning ticket.

would give us something else in which we can spend our chradder millions on and at the sametime R* can use it to push a bit more for the mighty cash cards, as some players would burn through their money buying this scartch thing.

 

other thing would be a realtime lottery with a big jackpot. all the money each player in the whole gtao universe spend buying lottery tickets goes directly to that jackpot. winner = instant billionaire!

 

weekly drawings, the winners apart from the money receive something special like s car, special avatar or something that identify them as lottery winners + having his name displayed on R* site!

 

we need more freeroam releated stuff, LS Lottery is a good idea.
