I notice this player lurking at Simeons while I was on route there myself to deliver an Ocelot 620.

So I parked around the back and got out of the car and smoked cigarettes until I saw the white dot start to vacate their post to come find me.

They came around the corner with a sticky in their hand so I pumped them full of auto shotty.

In the 10 seconds it took for them to respawn I was safely inside Simeons garage with no worries since any stickies the player had placed were effectively deactivated once I killed them.

 

I came out of the garage in passive mode but the the butt hurt was too strong for this other person so they made it their mission to follow me around with sticky bombs.

The picture above was actually taken while I was standing in an empty lot with passive mode on.

They detonated 2 sticky bombs at my feet, then a 3rd but they got too close and blew themselves up.

I chuckled at them for a moment and then pulled up my phone to join a mission.

 

Worst type of retard is a more accurate description I think.

Although i can't really complain. The other day I took Simeon's priority car to LSC and checked the map before I went in and saw two people darting to the drop off point. So I put an ignition bomb in it, drove down there, appeared off the radar when I got close and jumped out so an empty car rolled up in front of them. One of them got in. KABOOM!

I was so happy. Kinda wish I somehow got both though. I made an escape before the radar timer was up.

Thought i'd try "bitchin" it just before: 4 people chasing me for bounty, drops to two - one in Cheetah, other in Buzzard... Driving around near airport slowly getting trapped but drive along the side towards the base, heli crashes and guy tries throwing sticky from car...
