For the past hour, whenever I go into GTA ONLINE it tells me "Rockstar Cloud Severs Currently Unavailable, Loading GTA 5" and it freezes my xbox.

What is this?

It allows me to go into solo session, but nothing crew-related loads, bank money doesnt load, there's no jobs, no saving, however, all other online games are running normally so it isnt my internet...

Well, there's nothing we can really do for you. It sucks that it's happening, but if no one else is experiencing the problem, no one can help.

 

Might want to try resetting everything such as your modem and your console, that's the best advice I can give.

Because no one else is experiencing it, it's your issue.

 

1.) Directly connect your console into your internet provider's DMARC (e.g. your cable/dsl modem).

2.) Reboot your cable/dsl modem

3.) Reboot your Console 5 minutes after rebooting Cable/DSL modem

 

_ Try again, report back.

Did that, no progress, I just deleted GTA 5 and am downloading now. It's going slower than when i downloaded it originally, I even paused it and went to BF4 and when I had to update, the new update is taking forever even though it's not even 600mb, it's going as slow as the gta v, which makes no sense since GTA 5 is like 7.6gb, it usually takes me less than an hour to download a 10gb game... Not sure what's going on, will call verizon in a bit to see what's up

The locking up may well be at your end. I've been on for 3 hours and briefly had the servers unavailable message for about 2 or 3 minutes. Other than that, nothing.

Try checking R* Newswire or Twitter feed to see if its down for maitence, as all you get on these forums is the piss taken out of you.

I've confirmed it is a Verizon issue, they are having problems and will for a while. As download a 600mb update for BF4 has an estimated time of 2.5hours, the same for a 7.5gb GTA V, both of which I am downloading now, the update for BF4 should take me 1minute no more, the gta v should take an hour, so, this is definitely a Verizon problem

Yeah, I spent an hour creating a deathmatch , then was not able to save cause the cloud servers were down.(tried to save it for thirty minutes) So I quit back to GTA Online (not thinking) and it let me go into online !!!! WTF!
