But yeah, if looking for new members for your crew then you should make your own topic. Take a look at a few of the more successful crews and how they advertise. Us, Apex Stalkers, Queens of the Damned are good examples of crew whom advertise themselves well and not just make a topic that says "hey join my crew". Just an FYI brah. Another great week of XDBX has passed, and in the last week we have seen a surge in new member signups at a level we haven't seen for over a month. Things were getting a bit slow in game and on site, however with the new blood playlist lobbies are getting beyond capacity and the website is quite active. Speaking of the website, be sure to catch the next edition of the Newletter, it will contain some info on how RSC accounts are displayed on the website is being changed and info on the delayed DBuck return. JustHatched has been unable to complete that due to real life issues. The Newsletter will have a new format next week as well, all the info will still be there but working to freshen up the look a little bit. Congratulations to Danielle, she has been promoted to Events Commissioner. However her role in the crew will be in the middle area between Vetting and Events. Once the PS4 version of the game is released this role (as well as the rest of the Leading Staff) my alter. A few events in planning stages you may want to check out are Free Roam Demo Derby Round 3, 11/15 Farewell PS3, and the First PS4 Event. I recommend checking them all out, however the Farewell PS3 event is looking to be a massive event dedicated to the final time the crew will be on the same platform together for the foreseeable future. Along with it came some bug fixes, but also some new bugs for everyone to deal with. For the creators of the crew, a new forum has been added for you to post your created Last Team Standings. Along with the update came the Bullet Proof Helmet (BPH), and many are divided on the use of said helmet. JustHatched and the Commissioners discussed this in length and the official stance from a management stand point is - "In regards to the bullet proof helmet, as crew policy goes there will be no rule against using the BPH, it is an uncontrolled aspect of the game and policing the use of said item would be a tiring job which would end with many pissed off people on one end or the other. "Uncontrolled" meaning it is not something that can be set at the beginning of a job like forced weapons or slipstream/catch up. It's is conceivable and likely that the top tier killers will still be the top tier killers regardless if a helmet is used or not, sure it may effect some kills, but like anything new added to the game we will adapt and each person will figure out new tactics to combat this." In the past it has always been ok just to turn up at the last minute and usually bag a place but this is becoming increasingly difficult to do. Crew head to head mode with 10K stake from each player, the winning crew takes all. 2 TDM's, 2 races and 1 LTS. Jobs: TDM - Paradise Ally. TDM - TBC. Race - Hit the Apex (sports, 2 laps). Race - TBC. LTS - Battle of Los Santos - first to win 2 rounds (lazers). TDM rules: Forced and pickups (as always with forced weapons, explosives are allowed). 10 minutes with no kill limit. No Lester. No helmets. Race rules: Non-contact. No traffic. Noon and clear. Run trough mud and swamps, a relative easy race but aware the trees. Believe the whole PL had fun on this one. Good Job Mrs! Around the shipyard Lap race around the shipyard, a relative fast track with some tricky corners. I believe we did 3 laps and that fits the PL well, not to short and not to long. This race is compatible with most classes, but our host chose Muscle Cars that gave us an extra challenge Seemed like everyone enjoyed the Race. Good Job Mr. Death Adder Carnage! GTA 0.72 miles Lap Race, think we did 3 laps and that was perfect. This is a brilliant race for both those that want's to blow Adders to smithereens or for those that just like to race the Adders. Seemed like people really enjoyed this one, there were allot of laughter in my ears anyway, GTA race's just brings the "worst" in people A figure 8 track with a brilliant crossing in the middle, me an Zmurko had a mid air collision that was just hilarious. GTA Race's can never go wrong neither did this one. Great work Mr. T/DM's Reviews by Ro9M Stay Frosty I always like a good roof fight, have actually never played a dm on these roofs before, a great location with different levels of roofs and the possibility to flank. You can choose to put your enemies to sleep with either a Advanced Rifle or a Sniper, and if your lucky you can blow them up with some grenades, A very cool rooftop action map, you get both long distance fighting and close combat, depends on how you play it out. Keep you head down and run for covers or else you'll probable get picked by a sniper. A little tweak on the open spawn points or some props to cover them and this map will be perfect! Good work Mrs. Auto Yard I liked the first version but must say this updated version is much better! Good pickups and spawns, never ran out of amo and that's always a good thing. Love the use of vehicles as cover, this is something I also use allot in my maps, I just find it much nicer than a Wall that doesn't fit inn. It's also nice when you can climb on to roofs and surprise your enemies from above- Great work Mr! Trouble In The Hood My own map and a bit difficult to make an review on, but I'll try. "A bloody perfect area and map, probable one of the best TDM's You'll ever play" OK I'll just bring you some feedback from the Crew that would probably be for the best. -Great location, the rooftops provided tons of cover, and imagine my delight at a sniper rifle to pick the opposition off. -Very nice work, plenty of ammo and great guns. -The area provides more than enough cover and multiple routes to your enemy. -This was good fun though. I think the only thing I would change, and it's a minor one and a very small gripe is to get rid of that singular spawn a top the tallest structure. Maybe replace it with an incentivizing pick up instead. Nice map. In the past it has always been ok just to turn up at the last minute and usually bag a place but this is becoming increasingly difficult to do. In the last week alone we have had RSVP numbers of 17 & 18 when there are only 16 places available! On the same note, please only RSVP if you intend to be there, if you subsequently find you are unable to attend you can always un-RSVP by clicking on the minus sign next to your name. This lets the host know that you will not be attending so they do not have to wait around for you and hold up the start for everyone else, it also frees up your spot for someone else to attend. Enter zmurko's T/DM Testing PL slotted for Tuesdays at 8:30 PM GMT. Every week he will be taking submissions for 5 to 8 jobs to construct a PL out of that allows your job to get played and to get some feedback out of it.This is a first come, first served basis of job submissions. You're allowed 1 nomination per person.It should be said that this is a "testing" PL, meaning the jobs MUST be playable and complete, but do EXPECT some tweaking to be made. The T/DMs may not be perfect, but that's the purpose of this - to get some play time on them and constructive criticism. Each week will feature slightly different lobby sizes, so be sure to stay tuned in this thread for those announcements.Please post the RSC Link to the job so we don't have to go digging and the XDBX Forum thread link (if you have one).If necessary, this event can be postponed if another event comes up at the time of this one.
