OK, so I was being told by EVERYONE I came across that it was super duper rare and could only get it in SP and had to SP-MP to get it online and blah blah blah, a few people told me they thought it came from the prologue and you had to do crazy stuff to get it or use save editor... (p.s. I can't do the SP-MP b/c of my super slow connection on my wifi hotspot)

NOW I stumble across a video and the dude says the car is hard to get but the options are all at LSC? My mistake, sorry man. I'll try it next time I'm on! Sorry for being stupid lol

Hey James, if you come across a cool/rare car or a PITA to spawn, hang onto it for 15 minutes and post here. So it's not a personal vehicle and has no tracker or insurance so somewhat risky lol that in mind..

PS ran across another Phoenix. If you get lucky and come across a Gang Manana at night, it will spawn the Phoenix around the LSC under the freeway!
