The GTA V beta hunt

i was on the internet and seen a picture where these is a bumper car (it has no texture's) possibly a beta?GOSjhTf.png

That's just a prop made to function like a pseudo-vehicle - I saw a YouTube video of it being controlled like that. Among other things were those wooden prop boats being used like actual boats (although all of these models were not acting like actual vehicles but replaced the player).

Although I have no idea where the bumper car comes from, it's white and untextured like that bare WW2 plane.

Yeah i know but im wodering why the model is even in the game was it cut content or is it for a future update?

Just wondering, weren't there bumper cars in the abandoned park in GTA IV? Or am I mistaken?

Anyway, well, this car is much more detailed than the Rustler.

The mysterious Programmable AR was a grenade/explosive bullet launcher with low enough damage.

Do you all remember how they said if you climb the Vinewood sign, you get a wanted level?

But that never happened...

Yeah, I still have my thoughts over that?? I wonder if it was even true, or it was just a white lie.

I think I've once had it happen in SP. Not after climbing it though, just from being near it. It may have been after entering the area where the security guard is.

Why do beta weapons often look better than their final counter-parts?

Because they look different than what you're used to and have therefore your mind wants to think they look better.

According to the last page, as some have may read that I and a few others were interested in how to obtain the PS4 version of the GTAV files. Well this dude 'NillxModz' has info of next-gen's heists and next-gen only exclusives for the next update. I'm trying to figure how he obtained these strings of code. I'm still curious of how he got the files for next-gen, but asking him of how he did it will probably result without an answer since he probably won't share how he got these files. His discussion of the upcoming update was on another forum called 'nillxforums'.

Lets try to obtain V PS4 files and get all da info .

First thing we need to do is get da PKG link for V PS4 update .

Well how are we gonna do that? 1. I don't have a PS4 and 2. You're probably gonna get the link for the .pkg if you own a PS4.

Since your name is Ps4 essentially thats ironic xD

Haha, I had to change my username because my other one just seemed, retarded.

Going by this picture found in ps3.rpf/textures/introscm.ctd earlier this year, I think it's pretty awesome the map location names survived intact until the final build. In 2012 we already had names like Paleto Bay and Sandy Shores. It's also notable the fact they had massive performance issues.

Ithink sometimes weapons get changed due to copyright/trademarks. Gun companies don't necessarily want their products in a game like GTA. I've heard this happen to a few other games, and perhaps that's what's happened here.

Same reason they also changed some car designs to look less similar to the real ones (happened a lot in Vice City).

Does someone know how to get into/enable Martin's Madrazo's "La Fuente Blanca" interior? This interior was briefly shown in Caida Libre cutscene. Sadly, it doesn't shown up outside this cutscene.

dlBGf8Dl.png

According to the game files, it also has a fully modeled kitchen and some other stuff which is not visible in the cutscene.

It is believed that this house was used in cut "Nice House Heist"

Try `climbing up ontop of the roof in Online and starting a job, then backing out on the Job Settings screen. Should spawn you inside after a couple tries.

That is the problem, there is nothing inside. I guess it is only visible in that cutscene.

Pretty sure the beta content is still in the pc version files, just let the modders unlock it after official release :)

try teleporting while doing the mission, maybe there will be an interior still loaded in while you're still in the area. Like with Tequilala Edited by PxX_Blood_N_Gore_PX

From what I've seen most interiors can appear if you use first-person view in the PS4/XboxOne versions.

Wow this is one of the most interesting topics I've seen. One thing I do want to say is that you can't blame everything on 'console limitations'. There is a lot of stuff they cut or change for so many reasons. R* has high standards so things might simply not be good enough, thing might have bugs that they couldnt fix, things could be cut because they didnt fit the story anymore, because it's DLC (Hydra anyone?), etc. They even skipped a character back in GTA 3 because the mission weren't good enough. [http://www.rockstargames.com/newswire/article/19861/grand-theft-auto-iii-your-questions-answered-part-one-claude-dar.html].

Also, they can change things a lot just for screens and trailers. For example Trevor says 'so now what' during the mission Blitz play in the official gameplay trailer, while in the retail version he says that in ending C [http://imgur.com/a/fANyn]. Same for 'you'll be shot amigo'. He says that in a train in the evening at the end cutscene of the mission The Paleto Score. In the Trevor trailer he says that in the desert mid-day [http://imgur.com/a/RzaII]. Also when the 3 characters do the 'see no devil hear no devil speak no devil' in game, they are in a slightly different position than in trailer 2 [http://imgur.com/a/5aPTI]. Im pretty sure they changed that all just for the trailer (to prevent spoiler or because it looks better), because the animations are the exact same as in-game and you can't change all that in a few months

One thing that I noticed is cut is the scene where Trevor
kicks out the pilot in trailer two. This is in the mission Eye in the sky. The scene isn't in the game but when you switch to Trevor after the mission he will fly the helicopter and say something like 'I hope it was a soft landing'.

Awhile ago someone posted interior maps for two cut nightclubs, but it seems they are likely to be coming back.

Inside Bahama Mamas, even though its fully locked to player.

I found a way to get into the Bahama Mamas in free roam!

How? Climbing on the roof and starting a job, then backing out? Or Helicopter under the map?

Is the interior new to new gen or it was in last gen too?

New to new gen. Last gen has no interior or interior map.
