The GTA V beta hunt

It was good in SA because the guns in it were attracted to the target. It would be much harder in V.

@Flesk99, Yeah! That's exactly what I was thinking. Old warbirds like that had three or four MGs in each wing. So with that firepower you could do some real damage. The old radial engine would add that ever-needed balance. This is what makes it a great plane in San Andreas, it has a lot of firepower, but is slow enough to give you time to aim and shoot at things. It can get fast on downhill swoops, which can make it hard to put enough bullets into something to really do any damage.

Just make it able to drop boms like the Cuban 800 on Trevor's weapons traffic missions.

The "Respray" option in LSC was labeled as "Paint Job". Check the BradyGames guide under the wanted levels section. It shows a pic of an Adder in LSC and the option "Paint Job" is highlighted.

Where did those SC images come from? Also, I'm pretty sure those MP3 guns are just placeholders. And since Trevor's hair wasn't going to be like that default at any point, I believe it is just a rendering bug. By the way, can anyone identify what's written under that blue Sentinel? Also, it seems like blue was supposed to be the color of Amanda's car. It was like that in Trailer 1. The awards look much better than the current ones, too. And there is a red one.

It's in a couple places:

/data/cdimages/scaleform_frontend.rpf/social_club2.ctd

/data/cdimages/scaleform_platform_ps3.rpf/social_club2_ps3.ctd

And yeah, it looks like a mockup with placeholders, not actually cut stuff.

Interesting finds, though I believe the SC clip of the weapon shot is from MP3. And Trevor's hair? I don't know.

 

Now another find in the Jock Cranley election video, there's a clip of a NPC in a wheel chair, possible npc in wheel chair? Any models in the files anyone?

Actually that's Chad Mulligan, his internal file calls him fibmugger even though he doesn't have anything to do with the FIB nor he has stolen anything. Some other things you can spot in Cranley's campaing is a couple of cut/changed peds and a union worker eating a sandwich which doesn't happen because everybody loves a brown ring.

 

Apart:

 

- Abner & Chip still have their models in the game, the weird thing is that they are IG models and not cutscene.

- The UD manager has an alternate model which is called bankman and not manager, it's basically the same model as manager but with a blue suit.

- The player at some point had the ability to suffocate people or break their necks.

I'm looking through all screenshots and there's something that I've noticed. Look at this screen.

 

As you can see he is arms crossed and looking at the camera. I know we can't do that so what could it be?

 

This one as well. This scene isn't in-game. It could be a cut mission, or it could be a switch scenario that I've never discovered. Also notice the low detailed interior. Our version is more detailed.

 

Is this scene in-game? Personally I don't think so, but looking at it now, this looks like the same house as that artwork where Michael is holding a pile of cash in his hand.

Yeah, I think it's from the Official Game Manual that you can download. There's a couple of unreleased screenshots.
