You probably already mentioned it, but Solomon 1 was also different. It was going to have a sniper app. Interestingly, phones have a texture with a sniper scope icon. Maybe it's the app.

Solomon 1 is early version of Caida Libre "Vinewood Babylon", this mission is for Martin Madrazo in final but in beta version it was for Solomon Richards, the mission was basically the same as final in terms of gameplay, except instead of Trevor you had Franklin on the bike and "Sexton Daniels" was in the plane, Sexton's character was essentially replaced with Milton in the final version (even though their plot points are different)

Are you telling me that Rockstar removed the heist, removed the Solomon 1 mission and gave it to Martin Madrazo, removed Franklin and replaced him with Trevor so that he could kidnap Patricia anyway and they wouldn't have to redo many things?

Probably, It’s surprising that they rewrote some of the story this late in development, this screenshot came out around late 2012 iirc

GTAVDLCCLOWNCMPP was MP Clown DLC, GTAVDLCOUTFIT001 was most likely Michael's Clown outfit DLC

Here's random over-analyzing of another cut interior that was still left in game files.

 

The cut FIB office interior, which is left inside v_int_69.rpf (nice) and also known as v_graboffice. I remember it was discussed here long time ago but it i can't find those posts so i won't link them as reference, i also mentioned it myself a couple of times. This post won't be showing the interior in full detail, but you can see screenshots of it or explore it yourself by going to mod pages such as this one or this one.

Without further yapping, the interior is obviously fully left intact in game files as mentioned, it was designed with Cops And Crooks in mind back in 2012, it's name "graboffice" is a reference to the CnC mission called "FIB Grab", which was a heist where players have to rappel down the building to enter the office and then download data from the server room and escape by parachuting out of the windows.

 

missions.xml - PS3/Xbox 360

CnC - FIB Grab
Criminal Heist: Abseil down FIB tower, break in, download data, escape.
FIB grab (40)- 4 crew. 3 abseilers, 1 driver. 16 cops and 4 criminals can join the mission- All 4 heli to FIB roof.  3 abseil down tower, smash window into office and hack a data terminal to get classified data. Meanwhile, driver dumps chopper and collects getaway car.- Skydive out office to the getaway car and escape to gang house.- Cops join once one crook is inside the office, cops are told to arrest the crooks.- FIB office has AI agents that must be shot, 2 waves of AI agents enter based on hack progress.- opens at respect 15- Shoot to kill mission-

 

We can also find numerous references to this mission inside the leaked bugstar logs file which reveal some more information, such as some of the objectives for the FIB grab mission, the Cop players having the ability to focus on the "tower" presumably while the gang members are rappeling down, a funny bug where players get accidentally killed by helicopter blades, and a pretty cool mention of a "crooks to arrest" bar.

CnC, Heists, 'FIB Grab':- If player in tower drops the data, the driver's objective changes to 'Retrieve the data'
Driver's objective was still 'Get in the chopper' after it was destroyed during FIB Grab
Cop players receive prompt 'Hold [Circle] to focus on the tower building.' during FIB Grab but pressing circle will give players Cinematic Cam
CnC - FIB Grab. The helicopter used on this mission became embedded on the landing pad causing the blades to kill 3 of the players upon leaving the helicopter.
CnC - FIB Grab - crooks to arrest bar does not match number of crooks.

 

An interesting reference is a few bugs with jumping around the stairs/railings, which mentions a part of the building model called dt1_02_helipad.

As we know FIB building doesn't have a helipad or stairs... let's dig in deeper. I didn't mention this before but the cut interior does not fit inside the FIB building, people had trouble placing it on the map and there is a reason why... Inside the leaked interiorsinfo.xml file we can find the original coordinates for the cut FIB office, ending this mystery.

The interior is infact located inside the Arcadius Business Centre and it fits here perfectly. In the pictures below you can see a part of the window clipping out when the interior is moved to it's original coordinates.

It seems like the collision was modified at some point as some rooms are inaccessible due to invisible walls, in the photos below i am trying to walk forward however there is a wall blocking me.

Now here's another mystery, why is it inside the Arcadius Business Centre? In the mentioned bugstar logs it's simply referred to as "The Tower Building", there is another bugstar log however which mentions a room inside Arcadius and the ability to break windows, so it probably was still the same building just housing an FIB office inside it.

This room in the Arcadius looks dark when the camera is outside the window - even when all the glass is broken

 

Here's a small bonus, there is a leftover animation dictionary called mp_fib_grab which contains some animations made for this mission, the video below showcases the rappeling intro and window enter animations placed at roughly approximate locations, Franklin is being used as a testing dummy here.

I think CarsonGT’s devkit had the MP Clown DLC but it was corrupted

8 out of 10 DLC’s seem to be missing from HiddenPalace according to this old leak, so the army and clown ones were definitely on here but just hasn’t been posted publicly anywhere yet.

Well, I did not really ask for the name nor do I care about the name of that person but it would be intriguing to know more about this devkit. Can you please provide general information about the disc from which this information was sourced? Is there a devkit with a May 2013 build somewhere in circulation? If so, is that build unlocked and playable? Please let us know more about that kit since this is the first time most people here have heard about existence of such a device.

I have no idea who has the devkit now. from what i remember, it would be similar to the cnh devkit (incomplete builds) but probably without retail files and with files older than july probably. I have never spoken to the original owner directly, this is what I have been told in the past. I remember that there was another user with a devkit with dlcs (and maybe rpfs of builds) from July but T2 found out and I don't remember what happened next. he is very inactive but I doubt he has the devkit in the state it was before. both cases were a long time ago. If it were today, T2 probably wouldn't care about it anymore.
