I guess they disabled the weapon wheel in vehicles because there would be little point. Most of the time you're only allowed to use pistols and the Uzi, so you'd be just switching them left to right with one other option.

Actually, sticky bombs/grenades/unarmed/SMG/AP pistol. Also, there are a LOT of pistols, this would heavily help, since you could go straight from pistol to another class, or find the AP pistol more easily by going back in the list, and it wouldn't be a problem if you accidentally skipped the weapon you wanted.

Especially since it always defaults to that sh*t smg, and then you have to scroll all the way around again if you miss your weapon. Like why is there smoke grenades option? Who throws that from a car? When is that ever an advantage? Also, I hate how when you exit that car, it sets the smg back as your default for the MG slot.

That's why I usually just drop that SMG.

I hate the fact that GTA V lets you keep every weapon in the game in your inventory. There's no tactical thinking of which weapon to choose. Especially considering that the weapons in the game are all samey - there isn't even a point of owning each and every one of them. Same applies to the weapon mods - you can install them all at once, you don't have to make any choices. There isn't even any real disadvantage to having a suppressor, the damage reduction doesn't matter since everyone has low health in this game.

Anyway, there's a thing I've mentioned in the vehicle database thead - judging by the way BF Injection is referred to in the game files, I suspect that it was the vehicle's name itself and it had a different manufacturer once before the name was split, BF became a manufacturer and the name was just changed to Injection. Judging by all sorts of sounds, I'm also inclined to believe that Mallard was originally called Stunt.

I haven't browsed this topic in quite a while. There seems to be a lot of interesting things that Rockstar has planned for us.

 

I'm specifically liking the Hydra and the Hunter or Besra.(As mentioned in the files) A besra is actually a bird of prey. Kinda interesting.

 

I wonder why they change the names of previous vehicles. I hope the hydra keeps its name. But that's probably gonna change aswell, since its gonna be called the Vulcan now.(as mentioned in the files)

hydra, Vulcan, I don't care what its called, I just want a VTOL. In terms of the hunter/besra I find it odd they cut it and might return it as DLC. Now I know I've speculated this since this thread was made, but they had it in game, modeled, hell even was seen flying in the simian .

 

Regardless, I could see it returning as DLC. Maybe along with that Elongated Patriot, possibly the SCAR, that Launcher and/or the rifle in some sort of military DLC/ update

My thoughts exactly, would make water travel soooooo much easier. Still confused why they cut it, doesn't seem that hard to program. Same with the Cargobob doesn't float. Ya know, there's a real lack of amphibious aircraft... and hell vehicles in general.

Apparently, not only one strip club was cut (the one with two girls dancing seen in a pic), but two strip clubs: one is at Vinewood Boulevard with red/black pics of women and the other one is likely Bahamas Mamas.

Would've loved more interiors.

RAM has nothing to do with this. The console doesn't load EVERYTHING in the map at once, but renders it in portions. It's more like the issue with disc space; that's why we get all this cut content that R* includes lated in DLC.

 

IMO people are over hyped for PS4/X1 versions. Its not like the game can't run on PS3/X360?

Wow i never realized that R* also removed so many cool features from GTA V.. Just like in GTA SA.. I hope that R* will bring back some of the beta stuff to PC..

Honestly I think it will come to NG not DLC.

 

 

Also, most of these cars and guns can easily be added, so there is a chance at NG. But cut missions, interiors and stuff has a lesser chance.

R* has already said the SP DLC will include flight school lessons. And there is 0 reason R* would add them to NG/PC and not last gen. Anyway, prices for the known flight school DLC vehicles have been found.

It'd be kinda like with Buffalo/Ruiner - the new Buffalo became a modern Dodge Charger so they brought the 80s Camaro as Ruiner, so the Cessna plane was made into Mammatus while this could very well be Dodo.

This was most likely posted already many pages back, but I was going through a hour and a half long reel of Trevor lines, and I found this line that references Trevor apologizing to a horse for whatever reason. Possibly running one over? Like his other lines regarding coyotes and other wild life.

It will probably be released at the same time period as NG/PC version but it will come to correct gen aswell

No it's more 80s, the Phoenix is more 70s

 

Ruiner = 80s Firebird and Camaro, but mostly Camaro since it's a Declasse.

Phoenix = 70s Firebird, 80s Firebird and 80s Camaro, but mostly Firebird since it's an Imponte.
