The "Des" or "Alp" ones are interesting, possibly more Agent leftovers?

Alp sounds like it could be related to the Swiss Alps, which seems appropriate given some Agent concept art.

100%. It's referring to the Desert and Alpine levels, found in both GTA V and Max Payne 3.

Looks like we were gonna get a Manhunt arcade machine. It would've make sense given all of their references with the helmets, masks, and casino artwork.

I don't know whether this is bug or beta.

English Dave was wearing different shirt on Cayo Perico - a palm shirt without sleeves instead of his regular white sweater. Shorts, glasses, hair and neckchain are exactly the same as in the artwork. Also his model has unused torso specially for shirt with tattooes which can be seen on the artwork. The texture of palm shirt can be found for player's clothes, but not the model. And it is strange that he is wearing sweater in the hot tropics.

That's a nice discovery, not to mention that in Casino Artwork, Tom Connors has some differences aswell, his vest is purple and if you look closely he seems to have a belt visible, the belt is still ingame but it's covered by the vest

I was able to restore the Pause Menu option/setting of GPS Speech, unfortunately the rest of the data is missing to make it fully work.

So dunno if it was already mentioned or not, but it seems there was another side character in the game named Scott
By looking into scriptfx.dat and scrolling all the way down you can find

Those are Police Buffaloes. They're an extremely rare spawn in Online (only ever seen them twice in an online session) and can be found in a handful of places in Single Player. They are a lot like the unmarked police cruisers that only spawn in specific instances.

I've just realized...

 

The sedan we can see in Max Payne 3 was used in Grand Theft Auto V as a cop car. Early version of Vapid Stanier, which was changed later at least twice. I've always thought it looked a bit weird.

Also, looks like it was actually a base for the final model. Just a bit... polished.

I don´t know if this has been posted before... but this seems to be a beta Agent 14 profile photo, notice he is blonde and he has slightly different face but still seems to share the same jacket as the final character, it´s located in "Grand Theft Auto V\x64b.rpf\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf\dia_agent14.ytd" if you want to check it out, and it is not located in the updates rpf files so it seems that was planned for story mode but scrapped and made his debut in the GTA Online Heists update in 2014

EDIT: I mean the old sprite is not located in the update rpf file, but it´s replaced by the actual Agent 14 profile that we know with the same file name:

This old franklin's shirt used as clothes on a hanger at franklin's aunt house. If anyone could to get the model out of there, or finish the original one, but with elements of the beta shirt, for example, remake the collar, in beta it looked just like on a regular shirt, like Lamar and there were no pockets in the front.

Thanks ! What you see is already a working version of the Scaleform, however I still have some work to do because of the last update of the minimap (submarine's radar).

Beta pants and Shirt was already recreated with all variations by a person named Protrikk, it's not released yet and don't know when it will be though, atm no screenshots

It's a shame that the Hunter was cut.  I remember looking for it for AGES whenever the game came out.  I was highly disappointed when it wasn't in the game.  I'm glad it's back, but it would've been nice to see how it originally performed.  My only complaint is the Commanche tail, and the fact that it's not in Singleplayer.  I did glitch it into Singleplayer and upgrade it though, so I'm happy that I managed to get it.

 

Luckily if you call somebody to hang out with, they can use the cannon.  Hopefully the next GTA has the Hunter!  If not, then I hope for the Savage to return as that is also now my 2nd favorite attack heli in the series.

Yeah R* cut a lot of things in the game, and most of them finally made it´s appearance a lot of years after the original release but in online, as Agent 14 as I noticed yesterday, Hunter, Squaddie, Winky...maybe we could see at least more cut content that I think they are using now because of the hard development from home, I mean they recovered two cut vehicles in this update...maybe this year we could see more cut content finally releasing on the game at least in online, as weapons like this one that also the HUD icon was updated for the enhanced version

Rockstar did downgrade the deformation of vehicles but there's still way in the files to get it closer to what it looked like in IV but as far as i know, collisions physics are no match, seems to me it's more of an in-engine change than simply gamefiles parameters changes 0mDEvJXXTz6AdEWUrSzEVw.png

Katana has really no proof of being a weapon at some point, the model that's in files is a cutscene model, so it must have been used somewhere in some cutscene or video, it could be a scrapped TV Show or maybe even it's used in one of them

What about beta Lamar and Denise, how to return them, I know what in game files have this models and textures, which not used by the game I don't really know where located this files, if them replace on new models will a beta, somewhere's on the forum this theme discussed.

technically it is just that they made it that the area around the interior can´t be deformed anymore so that it doesn´t cause issues with first person.

you can see that when you use mods to disable that restriction, that collisions and such cause the car interior to be very deformed.

so it doesn´t look good.
