^ thats on purpose i guess, they probably do it to show off some of the new vehicles in a subtle way

 

We need someone who makes a mod that ports everything from the Casino to SP. Same with Nightclubs (theres one but its laggy and glitchy). I believe these DLCs would have fit perfect in SP.

Bring not the business type features but the leisure ones, using the nightclubs/casino as customers basically.

i think they just made the shirt white in the final game.

bc it looks almost identical to the shirt variation just that it´s white in the final game

Well @HeySlickThatsMe is actually working on a mod that pretty much ports GTAO to SP and work with Michael, Franklin, and Trevor. Recently he just got the cutscenes working properly.

 

He’s taking a break from it for now, but I imagine that once the original stuff is finished, the casino content will w brought over as well.

^ I Want to, my original intention was to add the Casino Heist (as custom thing) to the Nightclub mod as one of the missions, i was working on custom Casino interior model but seeing rockstar is making their own now, there's no point

I'm wondering about GTA IV vehicles - like Rhapsody returned in Hipster update, i'm sure Casino will bring Turismo or something. Atleast I wish. Very nostalgic car. Seems like Super GT won't since it's replaced by Rapid Gt....Still, V8 Vantage > Vanquish

That's correct, because originally instead of being a Solomon mission where Michael chases Molly, it was a Trevor mission where you chased Cheng's translator. Nice finds by the way.

How are you guys getting these broken/unused cutscenes to work? Each animation in trv_4_mcs_2 just fails to load when I attempt to play it.

 

It's weird as hell how Rockstar went through the hassle of animating cutscenes for certain scenes, then scrapped them in favor of in-game animations instead. The same thing happened with jimmy's "let's bounce" moment from trailer 2.

So, I don't know if anyone here has mentioned it, but I was browsing the GTA-Wiki about the final mission (The Third Way) when something caught my eye in the "Conditions of Mission failure" portion

It's probably talking about the NPC bikers that spawn at Hookies by the highway leading up to Paleto Bay.

IDK if this was mentioned before but I think this belongs here and I will give you a reason why at the end of this post. There is a problem with map/radar location of player in Lago Zancudo under the bridge close to the west coast compared to the real placement of the player. This is the spot I'm talking about:

As you go towards it from the west to east side, you will notice that the player location doesn't match what is shown on the radar. It's more visible as you move towards the bridge:

According to the radar, you are completelly off of the dirt road, but the above snapshot proves it different. In order to stay on the road as shown on the radar, you have to stand where the bushes are, next to the dirt road:

And this is not the case in any other spot around the area:

My explanation for this is that the road in the game world used to actually go closer to the bridge pillar and perhaps the shore there was shorter than it is now. R* decided to change it and spread the road more to the side, away from the pillar close to the mountain and possibly made the shore a little longer too. The reasons for this could be many, it could be an artistic decision or perhaps they decided that the height wasn't enough for the road there under the bridge for some vehicles, so they put it a little further away, where the height of the bridge is bigger, so more vehicles (trucks, etc.) could fit.

They simply forgot to change this on the game map and the radar so it stayed the way it used to be before, thus giving us some idea how the road could have gone in the beta version of the game. R* is known to forget making small changes to the map, like in the case of GTA Vice City.

You can notice that the road makes a sharp turn in the spot where the diference on radar and real world in game shows:

The road probably went more straight from those 2 marked places and connected somewhere around them, there wasn't this big curve there that there is now but this is just speculation since it's already on the radar which I have proven is outdated either way.

IDK if it also counts for Online, but the Ruiner 2000 was supposed to have a beige/tan coloured interiour, or we might have been able to paint it. It is further evidenced with the spedometer; it's completely black, which means Rockstar did not have it textured back when it had the beige/tan interiour.

I just wonder why someone decided to say "Yep, interiour is ugly, make it normal black instead" when the car already had been taken pictures of for Warstock Cache & Carry.

This is also the same case for the Fränken Stange, abeit with a brown-ish interiour instead of the dark purple we're used to see.

Has anyone ever mentioned finding a beta map that was created before the map that we currently have? I was messing around on the online websites and stumbled across a map that has different landmark features. I'll try to get a pic posted if this is not something that has already been found.

seems the Casino from recent update originally was supposed to have a vault (Perhaps originally you would rob it?) There's a minimap called vw_dlc_casino_vault however it looks like this, more over vwdlc_int_04.rpf is missing (03 is garage and 05 is car park)unknown.png
