Nope. Autogyro was its own thing, with its own vehicle type even.

 

It also uses a missing/undocumented model flag (8th digit: 1). The exact same flag in GTA V marks the vehicle as an RC vehicle. So that leaves me wondering what it really was going to be, and what it would be used for.

It was a delivery truck according to its vehicles.ide line. Using anims "[email protected]" and flags "noboot", "avoidturns", "big", "delivery", and "truckfirefx".

Definitely not a typo.

 

That one is interesting though because it uses Futo's GXT entry. Probably a similar vehicle with copy pasted data at that time.

All of those seem to be cut Max Payne 3 vehicles, going by their names.

Max Payne 3 has props in it that are clearly from Agent (snowy trees, rocks and ice props that are not used in the cemetery and whose date is from 2009 in its XML file), along with a path file of sorts I think, so the snow related vehicles are likely from Agent.

Not only concept art was shown to someone by an artist with cars, but there is a "map" called Alpine in MP3 (and referenced in GTAV exe) which connects directly to those concept arts, and includes props for snowy trees, rocks, etc. and even a paths file. Yes, I'm 99% sure the snowmobiles are for Agent. After all the game was during the Cold War, not the 1800s...

I'm beginning to think that Meltdown was one of the very first in-game movies to be made. While it may reuse a TON of assets from Grand Theft Auto IV and it's setting (and a green screen, to give it that cliched movie vibe), the view of Middle Park is actually used as a television placeholder image that was present in the now-lost build Carson got a while back.

 

EDIT: This shot in the countryside got me enticed the most.

It's sooo reminiscent of the portfolio images of Los Santos countryside that were found earlier on...maybe someone can find the location in San Andreas where this was shot?

I think the Capolavoro movie uses water from GTA 4 so it can be early movie too

In game files you can find collision of stadium. It's look like Maze Bank arena.
