So I was casually going through the LSPD Dispatch (Police Scanner) files, because I felt like listening to all these files, I mean im rather impressed with it all, anyway, as Im going through it I find an "EMERGENCY" file, decided to open it up and listen to the audio files, most of them talk about fires which is interesting (Apartment fires, Condo fires etc.) but thats not the interesting part... the interesting part was when they started to mention Ebola... Mentioning possible Ebola Victims & a Ebola Outbreak etc,

Hmm, that's very interesting to hear, I've never heard or seen any mentions of those audio files before, anyways i'm guessing that they cut them out due to it sounding a.... i would say "disrespectful to mention in a video game".

Perhaps this was a beta version of Mr. Raspberry Jam? Of course it's not a teddy bear, but I can't think of anywhere else this would possibly be used.

 

It could also be a doll that Trevor had created or was given to, of Martin's wife after Trevor returns her to Martin Madrazo. Seeing now Trevor appears to be bi-sexual, it could explain the dick that was drawn on the doll.

 

I've never seen this before but it's used in player_scene_t_park.ysc and player_timetable_scene.ysc.

 

It was used in a Trevor switch cutscene, Floyd asks him what did he do and drops it claiming is "sticky".

Seems you can gain and lose weight, and also gain muscle too. Plus they mention a white male in 30's, so Michael or Trevor might have been younger in the beta.....

there are also stuff like "in red pants" "in black suit" and stuff like that somewhere , i have found it but don't remember the file name (its in the same directory as far as i know)

just search it

 

note: its in parts (for example clothes.awc or something like that - suit , pants etc , colours.awc - red , black , green)

That photo is pointing towards the East...The city is south. That's looking towards Sandy Shores and the Alamo Sea.

^ here we have all cut wearable in freeroam outfits (some appear in missions)

my thoughts on them:

1.Most of these are avalible in story mode

2.Michael has one cut outfit (its blank)

3.everything fits to michael

conclusion:

so... michael can wear firefighter uniform , cop outfit , gas mask , dark gray suit , janitor uniform , wet suit (diving suit) , "attack/attract outfit" - im thinking its about juggernaut outfit

so here we have one cut outfit (the one that is blank) - firefigher attire

Should be self explanatory. The V scanner uses the same audio layout (uhhhs, and such to make it not sound robotic) By the time V was being developed, IV was considered to be a legacy product.

OH MY GOD, I also found files from San Andreas (2004) in the games files, MAYBE it means a leaked DLC where we cross universes and chill out with CJ in old San Andreas????

 

 

 

....or maybe it's just leftover files, Rockstar are pretty lazy when it comes to clean up.

Just out of curiosity, what files did you find? If you found any at all?Sarcasm Mate , But most likely there might be some leftovers from san andreas because those was leftovers from gta IV that had leftovers from san andreas because gta IV was originally on Renderware , Yeah , R* is Lazy , Dont know what to say about R* North.

In the 2013 strategy guide, there's a screenshot showing a checkpoint notification just above the mini-map. I don't ever recall seeing this in the final game (unless I've lost it totally or it was patched out). It's been a while.

That picture seems to also be used for Franklin's profile picture on LifeInvader:
