That early car dealer interior pic looks like it's on IV's build of RAGE. Oddly enough, it also looks like the Tailgater has the wheels off the Merit.

That buffalo has alot of chrome too.

You mean the square-ish shape?

Also it looks like it used the grille from the standard Buffalo.

Remote Sniper sound set only has suppressed gun sounds. That makes me think that remote sniper is not the sniper thats used in Madrazo's mission Caide Libre (probably spelled it wrong) because Sniper used in that mission is unsilenced.

Is it new? Because I heard that R* also added the phone number 1-999-EMPEROR (or 1-999-EMP-DROP) which causes an explosion in the air and turns the phone black and white. It only works in single-player for all three characters. For that matter, the game did have some weird phone numbers (like the ZiT from IV) from the start.

I tried the number and it seems to be an actual "cheat", as the phone even said "Black Cellphones". There was no explosion, however.

Best part about this is Rockstar probably has it on a pc ready to be put ingame. to either GTA IV or GTA V

It is a Chevrolet HHR knockoff. Probably why it was cut - it wasn't a supercar.

The Phoenix can be made into the Beta version with a glitch to remove the spoiler, Rockstar probably just forgot to put it on the car when they made the trailer.

This has been mentioned before, but at one point in the game's development, Lamar may have been able to play tennis, and golf.
Some of the outfits seem to not fit correctly, which may be due to the fact that they may not have been finished.


Here is a picture of his golf outfit:
