Is it new? Because I heard that R* also added the phone number 1-999-EMPEROR (or 1-999-EMP-DROP) which causes an explosion in the air and turns the phone black and white. It only works in single-player for all three characters. For that matter, the game did have some weird phone numbers (like the ZiT from IV) from the start.

Could the unused modifications for the Police Interceptor be a leftover from the earlier version of online? Like, I suppose that players who were cops would be able to save and modify their very own patrol car.

I think the existence of bullbar mods mean that they were designed for the Interceptor, eheh.

1. It says "P2" and IIRC, Trevor is the "Player 2", while Franklin and Michael are P1 and P0, respectively, so this outfit was meant for Trevor.
2. Maybe its purpose was to enter Fort Zancudo without any wanted level?
3. It was going to be part of a DLC or a pre-order bonus, apparently.

Damn shame it wasn't included in the actual game...

Very interesting, these are never used in any story mode mission at all and what's more interesting is that they both say "DLC" at the end of them.

 

OUTFIT_P0_DLC0 = Clown

OUTFIT_P2_DLC0 = Army

i think that Collector's/Special edition of this game had a HHUUUGEE content like army,clown outfits heavy rifle, programmable ar,assault sniper,assault mg and etc and they cut it entirely because they thought its too much for special editions. by the way DLC0 stands for special edition or collectors because they are also referred as DLC in game files and they are the initial dlc for gta v

 

 

Those cut weapon icons are in file "bla bla bla DLC" (sorry i dont remember the full name) so i think it means that they were special edition content.

 

 

(sorry if i make grammar mistakes or anything)

I was going through icon files in game files and i found interesting one which contained icons for each attachment and for each gun

 

but one of them was odd....grenade launcher has laser attachment icon left there.

and the army suit was propably used in the mission where you need to steal a hydra (Aka vulkan) from fort zancudo with detonating the road
which could be also dlc mission

Thing is...stealing hydra mission was Michael's job not Trevors. However, army outfit could be for stealing cargobob for Merryweather heist. Maybe that mission was designed to be like this:

 

Trevor steals an army uniform from soldiers/base and goes into fort zancudo without being recognised because he is in a disguise and steals the cargobob easily unlike how it is in the final version.

 

 

I just asked Ned Luke on instagram(direct) what he can tell me about horses in gta v . i know its stupid and its not gonna be answered but i gave it a try...

Very Minor find:

 

I was looking through a file which contained color coding for things in the hud (for example Health bar is green and that file tells the game to make it green)

 

And i stumbled upon some color coding related to GTA ONLINE and some of them were about

 

CUFF KEYS

 

 

We all know that Gangs were a big part of gta online (Cops,Vagos,Ballas,Families and etc.) and so was getting arrested. So this CUFF KEYS was supposed to be on the minimap....and i dont know anything else about where and how cuff keys were found.

arresting system was a really big part of gta online and singleplayer why would anyone cut that out! So many things got cut because they were a part of that arresting system....

 

I want to play the gta online that was in early version i really really want to taste that game...with Guns like programmable ar and air vehicles like Hunter and enterable interiors like variety of police departments (maybe prison interiors) that version of gta v was the one i got hyped for and it makes me really angry as i find more awesome cut content. Only hope is for the big singleplayer dlc but that hype in me is long gone
