Without any proof nobody will believe you. If you're referring to R*'s statement a few weeks ago, they said that their primary focus is GTAO, they have never said SP DLC is cancelled.

That Ped is definitely originally from GTA IV. TBOGT to be exact. That Model in the TBOGT Archives is called 'f_y_asianclub_02'.

 

Part Two;

 

Interestingly, the LSPD uses the exact same Rank Patches as the LAPD. In your Posts Photo order;

 

Police Officer III.

 

Police Officer III [With Star] (Special, or Hazard Pay. Those Officers with such a Rank include canine training handlers, and SWAT assistant squad leaders).
