Best ways to make cash/RP without going brain dead

If there's one thing that getting REAL irritating for me, it's YouTube. Or more specifically, the GTA V videos. When a nub starts out, one of my kids recently joined me, they go looking for things there with searches like “ways to make money” or “fastest way to rank up” and so on... if you've tried this lately, you know how totally screwed the results are.

 

First off, yer gonna see the same glitches over and over and over...

 

Cash/Duping

 

Bob dupe

Killed by cops/mechanic glitch

Apartment glitch dupe (expensive lol)

Tank glitch duping

Unplug internet glitch (48 min bypass)

 

RP glitches

 

Rob store and LSC circle

Two Simeon cars at LSC

Backwards AFK racetrack

Shooting AFK friends in the head (deathmatch)

 

Oh and the word... “ultimate” “make $x per hour” etc... And of course the whoring “go ahead and smash that like button” “follow my twitter” “lets hit X likes on the video” bla bla fckn bla... Add to that the fact that SOOOO many are just DBs stealing others video and re-posting... sigh...

 

Anyway, first thing that's wrong with this is FIGHT CLUB. I can see how easy it must be for R* to patch this stuff... not exactly a well kept secret. If yer into this kinda stuff, do it now... won't last long. Bothered me so much,

 

Next... it's boring as hell. Trust me, we (my crew) have tried most of em. So today I wanted to list the various ways to make some dough, grab some RP, but keep yerself from passing out from boredom.

 

Below are a variety of ways to play the game and make cash and level up. I hope it helps someone... we've been collecting these for the nubs in our crew.

 

 

Selling Cars

 

If you're into stealing and selling cars, the main thing is to get good at knowing which are actually worth good cash. If Simeon wants one, great as that's worth more, if not... no worries. Here's a list of the top valued vehicles. We created a spread sheet with values and pics (helps in identifying cars). If anyone wants it, let me know.

Farming

 

Next up is the R* created missions, which can be added to a playlist for some farming

 

At the moment, I only know of 3 that can be added to a PL that are worthy of the 'farming' title. If you know of others, please do share and I will add to the list;

Crystal Clear Out III (best with 2 people or an attack chopper)

 

The good thing about a farming playlist is that you can restart it and do it over. It keeps things from getting TOO boring.. doing just one again and again and again.

 

 

Missions

 

Another thing to do is get familiar with which missions are the best cash/RP for the least amount of work. Again, this thread is about makin' dough and RP. Missions Under 25

 

Crystal Clear Out (Hard) - $5k 1190 RP (base 750)

Dirt Road (hard) - $2k 920 RP (base 750)

Crystal Clear Out II (haven't done it in a while, will check tonight for cash and RP values)

 

Lvl 25 to 45

 

Coasting (lvl 25 - Hard) - $7k 1745 RP (1175)

Post Shot (hard) - base 1425 (1750) 47k

Coveted - $12k ; 2100 RP (? not sure, will check)

Crystal Clear Out III - $7k ; not sure on RP, will check.

Trash Talk 3,050 RP (Goes up to 4k RP with 2 people at least / takes 1 1/2 - 2 minutes with an attack buzzard) LVL 81

 

Lester;

 

Four Trailers $3500 4000RP (45)

Teaser Trailer $10 000 1400RP (45)

The Parking Garage 4,850 RP (need 2 people at least to start it finished in 2-3 minutes with delivery) LVL 55

Stocks and Scares 4,250 RP (3-4 minutes including delivery to lester) LVL 70

 

Gerald;

 

Violent duct - $3k 1140 RP (LVL 15) drive a vehicle right in with a friend, sticky the van killing yerself and voila... mission passed.

 

Races

 

Now, this one is tricky IMO. If yer not the greatest racer, like me, you can spend a lot of time, for very little $$ and RP. The real benefit is actually winning, in a match with 3 or more players, and if the race is over 4 min, for max payout.

 

If yer like me and U suck, I suggest creating some races and getting to know them REAL well. Then, leave the matchmaking open, invite all from session and of course, invite friends and crew members. Even then, I don't win a lot LOL.

 

Anyway, I don't have many go-to races other than my own, so if anyone wants to post some good ones, I'll add 'em to the list

 

 

 

And there we have it... if you mix up everything on this post, from glitches, to farming, to selling cars, missions and racing, you can easily make some dough, some RP and avoid having to do the fame fckn things over and over...

 

And again, mix it up with other stuff...random missions, survival, random races, taking pics, collecting cars, messin' about with crew mates and hey... before ya know it yer actually playing the game lol. At the end of the day people like my kids often just want to go in and mess around in FM. But with the price of ammo, insurance. clothes and so on... they run outta dough real fast.

 

It is what it is.... I hope this helps those looking to get some payouts, without the boredom.

Not to be a dick, but hey... there were no less than 5 posts about "how to make cash" or "how to level up" since I joined here a few weeks back. Methinks peeps don't know where to find that one or it isn't prominent enough. Ya know? Possibly someone should sticky one in here since it's where most folks seem to go looking for it? Just a thought...

 

Oh and hey, how about a "GG OP" or something like that bra? I did spend a bit of time on it in order to help those (like the ones in said 5+ posts) that are struggling.
