Getting locked out of phone apps, inventory(holding select), and maps(

I'm going around doing all of the gang wars to get them out of the way. I have had to restart me ps3 4 times this morning by the ps button. I'll finish the gang war and either it will show passed or not. But then I go to deposit money and can't. I can't used the apps or go to maps screen. Anyone else having this problem?

Sounds like bad lag. It happens to me sometimes and I won't be able to pull out my phone, or my back/select menu...or when it finally does, it'll come with some massive delay.

 

Same for some of the mission stages. Happens more rarely to me though. I remember getting similar stuff when completing a wave during survival (delayed passed message) and then 20 sec later it'll hop up. I'm on 360, and mine is pretty old so that could be that as well. The hardware is past his prime.

I did a speed test and I was 3 out of a usual 15mbps. Did a reboot on the router but then had to leave. I'll check it out later and see if I have problems.

And thanks for the heads up. I thought it maybe locked like it has done before.
