Malcot
I've now unlocked all the performance mods and was wondering if it's worth putting any performance mods of my Dubsta? I don't want to do the "speed up the side of Chilliad as fast as possible" kind of offloading but more the realistic kind where you pick your route and take it slow to keep traction etc. Would turbo just ruin it? If there's too much acceleration will it just lose grip? Thanks in advance.
Bungalow Dyl
Less than half of my ten vehicles have maxed performance. I like some variety, not every vehicle needs to be capable of winning a race or tumbling down the side of a mountain. I would never put turbo on my Tornado, BF Surfer, or Manana, it doesn't suit it. I usually just buy the best transmission because I believe that it doesn't change the engine sound and the acceleration remains sensible. For the sake of handling I wouldn't install turbo, unless the dubsta is painfully slow. Edited January 25, 2014 by Bungalow Dyl
postalsniper
I would do all performance upgrades except for lowering it. I have a dubsta modded out completely except for the suspension. Its one of my favorite offroad trucks. Its nice to have that extra power when you need it. Even with the turbo its a challange Malcot
MNTLspazzm
Agreed on suspension, all of my muscle cars are stock suspension. Personally I like that bounce and weight shift when driving. During off-roading in suitable vehicles I pick up off the street to participate with, I leave out the suspension because in some cases you need to shift all the weight forward as much as possible to overcome an obstacle. Turbo I'm not so sure about but I leave it out anyway. Malcot
