Well, the scientologists aren't suing R* for making a parody of them, and neither are the USMC (and the U.S Army), even though the cargobob has "marines" written on the back. I don't see any car manufacturers suing R* either. The only people who would sue R* are desperate nobodies (Lindsay Lohan and that small-time rapper), so there shouldn't be a copyright issue at all. I don't mean to disappoint you but this looks more like a residence/hotel. And it has no garage. It may work still as a safeplace and you'd be given parking lot spots as a garage (GTA IV) but I don't think that is going to ever happen. No. They have some serious differences between each other and the vineyard house in V is more like a wine center, it isn't exactly a house.
